The old house crumbled, and the foundation was gone. The mud figurine outside the city cracked. The God of the Future wanted to murder all the humans inside the city before its consciousness dissipated. However, the seeds of faith couldn’t be extinguished fully. Those who desired hope in their hearts would be influenced by Gao Ming. Perhaps that was the true meaning of the future.
The God of the Future ultimately chose to destroy the city. Even if he destroyed everything Gao Ming had done, the things inside people’s hearts couldn’t be wiped away. In his eyes, everyone turned into Gao Ming. The mud figurine toppled down the altar. Endless cheers came from inside the city ruins. The God of the Future could still hear the people cheering for Gao Ming. The giant heart felt like it was about to be torn apart. The God of the Future lost to Gao Ming in its own memory.
The shadow world started to fade away. In the end, only a group of humans chased after the future, and Gao Ming’s will lived in their hearts.
Gao Ming opened his eyes again. This time, he was not in any nightmare. He was inside the God of the Future’s room. The dreams only lasted for a few seconds, but it felt like thousands of years had passed.
“The battle between Gods is so dangerous and long.”
The heart pounded. The God of the Flesh and Blood cheered. The long nails pinned onto Gao Ming’s heart disappeared. Gao Ming held God’s heart, which carried all of the faith of the God of the Future. It was like the city Gao Ming built in its memory. The God of the Flesh and Blood expanded twice his size, and the torture room grew as well. Killing the God of the Future meant finding himself, and killing the God of the Future meant capturing tomorrow.
Gao Ming was almost dismembered the moment he entered this anomaly. However, as the anomaly approached its end, his body and mind evolved tremendously. He and the God of Flesh and Blood were immensely close to the stage of the Dream Ghost.
His eyes closed again. The blood threads that permeated his eyes lightened. Gao Ming’s left eye could see through the past and was submerged with the memories of his past selves; His right eye was out of fate’s control and could see the flame burning in the future.

He seemed to have inherited the God of the Future’s death realm. However, he still hadn’t gained the power to expand the realm.

Different from the tickings of the past, the figures appeared in the corridors. They were of different ages and personalities, but they were from the same family.
The torture room opened. Gao Ming scanned the lot of them. The nine Big Ghosts understood him perfectly. They entered the torture room. The female ghost was about to follow them when Gao Ming stopped her. “You can stay here. I plan to bring your parents back to you. That is my promise.” Gao Ming sensed the changes in Prosperity Neighbourhood and slowly opened the door before him.
Time flowed through everyone’s body. The clocks became clearer. When the last tick travelled into everyone’s hearts, the God of the Future’s era ended, and everyone escaped from the worst future.
Breathing the fresh air, Gao Ming sensed his disciples’ location. He wanted them to guide everyone to the top floor of the neighbourhood.
Once they opened the door, they were shocked by what they saw. Inside the modern apartment, an old house had been built. The house was small and looked decrepit.
Mummified disciples sat around the house and inside its rooms. Their bodies were pierced by lines. They faced the house and provided their most fervent faith to God at all times. They placed their hope in God. However, in God’s eyes, they were nothing more than tools.
Gao Ming didn’t have to do anything, and the female ghost ran over. She saw her parents, who were barely recognisable anymore. Standing before the old home, many memories flashed across Gao Ming’s brain. When all the disciples were awakened, the old house rapidly disintegrated. It left nothing behind. The baby in Fan Li’s arm started to cry and then laugh.
“This headless baby has exhausted a lot of the God of the Future and the God of the Past’s faith. If not, the president would need to sacrifice a lot more to save you.” The gentle student said kindly. She stood between Gao Ming and Fan Li. Her urge to protect the baby was clear.
“Gao Yun and I each had something to gain. Since he has already gotten what he wants, you should leave now.” Gao Ming turned around to look out the window at the Everlasting Apartments. “Both Gods’ ability to suppress the ghost tattoo is gone. Soon, the investigators will be released. However, they won’t be leaving so soon.”
“Why? Hasn’t this anomaly been solved now that the consciousness of the God of the Future hasn’t been destroyed?” Fan Li was a direct person.
“Solved?” Gao Ming smiled and shook his head. “I ate the God of the Future. I have become the next dangerous anomaly.”
