The murky blood flowed on the ceiling. The rotten corpses knelt on the ground in repose. The vibrant life force decayed. The flowers weaved between the dying organs bloomed. Stimulated by Situ An, the cracks on the headless figurine increased. The eyes opened on Situ An’s body. The madman was at the edge of dying, but he still crazily exhausted the divine power.
The God of the Future never really wanted to help Situ An. However, God never expected Situ An to be so insane that he’d tear apart his body seventeen times just to deplete God’s power. For this last time, Situ An showed the determination to die with everyone.
The God of the Future’s main consciousness that went to capture Gao Ming tried to return. In his eyes, Han Hai was nothing more than a farm. However, the livestock all wanted to kill it!
God wondered why all the mad people had gathered around it.
“The child of the God of the Future! The divine flesh is arriving!” Xia Yang bit the blood vessel before him with excitement and allowed the blood to flow into his mouth. His body was further integrated into the underground parking lot. “The divine consciousness hasn’t returned. Let me paint your body!”
Flesh and blood undulated underneath him. Xia Yang’s clothes and exposed skin surfaced with strange patterns. That was his drawing of the God of the Future. He had no respect for the divine. He even drew the divine pattern all over his body. Xia Yang rapidly crawled towards the corner of the parking lot. Situ An frowned. He triggered all the anomalies in the parking lot, but the creations of strange flesh ignored Xia Yang as if he were one of them.
“I found the God of the Future and its mud figurine. They are mine.” Situ An waved his arm, and the blood capillaries on the ground turned into a meat snake. “My physical body has been destroyed by Gao Ming. I need a new body.”
God treated humans as chess pieces, and humans calculated against God. Situ An resisted the explosion of the black faith that was about to lose control and carefully hid his red faith. That was the deepest secret that even his mother didn’t know about.
“What a cruel and pitiful man.” Gao Yun looked like he was still captured by an invisible hand. Situ An was very cautious of him. However, Gao Yun didn’t seem to care about the safety of his current body. He stared at the parking lot corner. There was no greed in his eyes, only detachment.
Fan Li didn’t know what to do either. Gao Ming handed Xia Yang to him, but the situation spiralled out of control. He had no other choice but to plead with Xi San, “Since you’re also from Class 13, did Gao Ming tell you anything?”
“That’s right! I notice that you have been keeping your hand in your pocket. Show us what you’re hiding already!” He Jing was desperate. Many mouths appeared on his skin and they possessed individual mind. Some cried and some laughed.
Xi San gripped the purple bra, and his expression was awkward. “Do you expect me to fight the three of them?”
The blood rain swept over the scene. Everyone’s body was mutating. The vibrancy of life bloomed in the land of death.
Xia Yang, who swam in front, was the first to notice something was wrong. The corpses in the meat forest reconstituted themselves. They exuded a frightening presence. The corpses near the corner all wore white student council badges. This was extremely strange. It was supposed to be the time for the descent of a new divine life but the corpses looked like they were there for a funeral.
“This is not right!” Xia Yang whipped his head around. He skipped over Situ An and stared at Gao Yun.
Gao Yun met Xia Yang’s gaze. He opened his mouth and bit his tongue without hesitation. His eyes bulged, and life force leaked out of his body. His body shrivelled up, and an invisible wind blew towards the corner of the parking lot. The body held by the malice of death crumbled like a broken puppet. Gao Yun’s corpse stared at the hanging 17 bodies around the pillars. The last expression on his face was a smile. The 17 bodies corresponded to the 17 chains on Situ An. Gao Yun seemed to have predicted this result. The blood from the 18 bodies had already flowed into the mud figurine of the God of the Future.
Situ An had drawn out the mud figurine’s power, giving Gao Yun’s blood a chance to burst with life within the mud figurine.
“Are you joining in the fight too?” Situ An and Xia Yang noticed something. They sped up. As the meat forest was torn apart, they rapidly approached the sound of the crying and pleading.
More of the headless women Xia Yang saw appeared. Their bodies were connected to the blood capillaries that crawled over the parking lot. The majority of them wore the white student council badge.
The bad feeling in his heart grew. Xia Yang had to ignore the heartache of destroying ‘beautiful’ art and crawled into the deepest part of the meat forest. When he parted the branches made from flesh, the pleas halted. The invisible wind blew past Xia Yang and landed in the dark. At the corner of the secret forest, the bodies of a few citizens twisted together to form a bed of flesh. They were all wearing the white badge. On the bed was a woman at the cusp of birth. She grabbed the hands of her partners, and her body shook from pain. Her face grimaced from pain, but her eyes were aloof and familiar.
“The white student council badges?”
Situ An also saw the woman. All the life force flowed towards her. The life force the God of the Future had stolen from the river of time was injected into the woman.
“Gao Yun?! It’s you!” Situ An’s eyes twitched.
“You’ve already long since found out about the God of the Future’s plan! You even sent your disciples into the underground parking lot!” Xia Yang understood everything when he saw the woman. “To snatch the God of the Future’s child, you turned your disciples into its mothers?! Just how many people you’ve sacrificed for this?!”
The parking lot was turned into a morgue. After Gao Yun found that out, he didn’t avoid this place but sent in his disciples to build the perfect bed for God’s birth.
Xia Yang’s words shocked everyone. They shivered as they took in the many corpses wearing the white badges. They thought Gao Yun was the least unstable among them, but as it turned out, he was the most insane!
Gao Yun’s understanding of life was extreme after spending years in the cycle of the tunnel. Unlike Gao Ming, who could forget everything with each cycle, the pain and suffering accumulated on him.
“What a shame.” Gao Yun’s voice came out of the woman’s lips. She turned to look at the headless figurine. His blood and faith were currently flowing through it. “You’ve discovered this a bit too late.”
