“oh you're up, it's on the news already..” Jerry said. Ace walked slowly to the room and met them all seated watching TV.
“There was a shootout at this house yesterday,bodies are lying everywhere, the police have started inspecting the building neighboring houses said they heard gunshots for minutes,No survival has been found so far” The reporter said on the news.
“This is stupid, why would someone kill innocent men” Jerry grandma said. “That wasn't a one man job..” Jerry said.
“Yeah..it looks like three men did this” She said. Jerry stared at her in shock. “Hahaha..just kidding, Am sure you are a gentleman..you wouldn't harm a fly” Jerry's grandma said,“what would I be doing in such a dangerous place..” Jerry said and smiled awkwardly.
“of course..by the way where's your grandpa's van,I can't see it anywhere around” she said.
“oh the car?..,It was em..the robbers, yeah the robbers,They took it..” Jerry said.
“what!!,They stole your car too” Jerry's grandma asked looking baffled. “emm..yes..” Jerry said.
“Jerry..are you hiding something from me” she said. “me, hide something..I will never lie to you grandma” Jerry said.
“Fine..then am calling the cops” She said and stood up, “no you can't call the cops!” Jerry said and tried to stop her. “what do you mean..I have to call the cops!” she yelled at him.
They both argued, “Mam..he was just joking,the van broke down and we parked it somewhere not far from here,we'll go fix it and bring it back” Ace said.
“Oh..” she said and sat back. “But you could have just told me that..you're just like your dad, always hiding stuffs from me!” she yelled at Jerry...
.................Back at Jane's home.......
Mr Harrison was watching TV with his wife,“Oh honey have you seen the news” Mrs Harrison said.
“What news” He asked. She tuned in to the news channel. “fuc...” Mr Harrison almost yelled. “What's it..are you okay” Mrs Harrison asked.
“yeah am fine.. it's just hard these days to see young people getting killed. it's just so sad.. am gonna go take a shower..” Mr Harrison said and stood up to leave.
“by the way, how's Jane, when will she be back” Mrs Harrison asked. “she's doing just fine in Dallas!” Mr Harrison said and smiled awkwardly.
“Oh she's in Dallas ” she asked, “yeah!” Mr Harrison said as he climbed up the stairs, he went to his room and locked the door behind him,he went to his phone and dialed Chris's number.
“Hey..where's my daughter” He asked, “Am sorry Mr Harrison but your daughter is dead! ” Chris said.
“What!..is this a joke or something, where is my daughter” Mr Harrison yelled.
The call droped,“hi?..are you there, shit!!” Mr Harrison yelled as he realised Chris has dropped the call. He quickly dialed Greg's line.
“Hey Greg.. instruct your son to bring back my daughter before I get pissed off! ” Mr Harrison said, He got no reply. He checked the phone but saw Greg was still connected.
“Hey talk to me!” Mr Harrison yelled. The call dropped. “shit..shit..shit!!,what have I done” Mr Harrison said to himself.
He suddenly heard some sound by the door,he looked at the door and stood up,he went to the door and opened it,he saw Linda ran into her room. “fuck..here we go again” Mr Harrison said as he went to Linda's room.
He knocked on the door, “hey honey open up..” He got no reply. he pushed the door and it cracked open,he peeped in and saw Linda sitting on her bed looking quite scared.
“Hey honey..what's wrong” Mr Harrison asked and sat next to her. “What did you do to Jane, she's not coming back right” Linda said looking sober.
“Everything Is fine,she's gonna come back soon” Mr Harrison said. “you promise” Linda asked, Mr Harrison nodded. He left Linda's room and went back to his room, “hughh..” Mr Harrison sighed,He sat on in his on his bed and thought deeply of the shit he's in.
“What i n the world am I gonna do now” Mr Harrison thought..
“so how are we gonna get a van identical to my grandpa's truck” Jerry asked as they drove down the street.
“ion know..we'll probably steal a van?..” Ace said. “not again!” Shaw exclaimed. “what..we haven't stolen one before” Ace said. “this is stupid” Shaw said.
They drove around town for some minutes and passed Greg's mansion,The building were surrounded by cops.
“i can't believe I was here yesterday.. ” Jerry said as they drove past the house, They drove around for some minutes and soon spotted a white van which looks exactly like Jerry's van.
They followed the car for some minutes,the car stopped near a house and a tall white dude came down., he went in holding a pizza box. Shaw quickly went to van,He started the car and drove off!
“Holy shit..My car!” The guy screamed, “don't worry, we'll help you chase him!” Jerry yelled at the guy. “please stop him!!” The guy yelled. Jerry followed the van and they soon left the area.
They stopped by the road side and Shaw alighted from the van. “yeah,that was smooth!” Ace said.
“Guys..I got a call from Mr Harrison, he said he needs us.” Shaw said. “what!..What does he want now” Jerry yelled.
“He has seen the news, now he wants us to help him” Ace said and shirked. “bullshit!!..Let's just drive this van home first,then we'll think about it” Jerry said.
They all agreed and got into the cars,Shaw drove the van with Ace sitting next to him and Jerry drove his own car.
They drove home..Ace checked the back of the van and saw pizzas boxes.“oh..free pizza!” Ace said,he gave Shaw some and they ate.
They got home and parked the van in the garage,“we'll take care of the van later.. so are we gonna go see him” Jerry asked.
“yeah..I think we have to” Ace said,They went in to get some rest...
Jerry horned at the gate repeatedly, A man came out. “who are you here to see” The man asked. “go open the gate you dumb mother fucker!” Jerry yelled at him.
The man stared at him in shock, “Go tell your boss am here..” Shaw said from the back seat.
“shaw...Is that you” The man asked.“no it's your grandfather you mother fucker!!,go open the gate!” Jerry yelled at him. “Everything okay dude" Shaw asked the furious Jerry.
“What the fuck do you mean, does it look like anything is wrong with me mother fucker" Jerry asked.
The man rushed in and opened the door,Jerry drove in and they all went into the house,They met Mr Harrison seated in his guest room.
“oh gentlemen..you're here!” Mr Harrison said,“so what do you want ” Jerry asked. “slow down pal,do you want a drink, or something to eat?..” Mr Harrison asked.
“No thanks ” Jerry said, “are you sure, Ace?.. Shaw?, none of you wants anything” Mr Harrison said, “thanks but we are fine”, Ace said.
“why did you call us” Ace asked,“we are gonna bargain..I'll pay you any amount if you help me get back my daughter ”, Mr Harrison said.
“how much are we talking about here” Shaw asked, “I'll pay any amount,just name it” Mr Harrison said. “Fine you'll pay us 10 million! ” Jerry said,“ohhh...that's way too much ” Mr Harrison said.
“I'll pay Five..” Mr Harrison said. “no we won't take that! ” Jerry yelled, “easy dude..Mr Harrison, you'll need to give us a minute to decide we'll be back,we'll go discuss in your kitchen” Ace said and stood up.
Ace stood up and started approaching their kitchen with Jerry and Shaw, “wait..how do you know the kitchen's that way” Mr Harrison asked.
“oh..we were here before ” Shaw said. he left the room with them. Mr Harrison furiously stared at his guard who claimed no one recently came to the house, The guard quickly looked away whistling. “i had a feeling Linda was right! ” Mr Harrison said.
“so we are gonna take it or not” Ace asked. “i think we should take it, we were gonna find and save her anyways, but we have to be careful I don't trust him” Shaw said. “yeah me too..what do you think Jerry....Jerry?” Ace looked around and saw Jerry doing what he does best,eating!!.
“Hey where did you get that? ” Ace asked Jerry who was busy with his meal,Jerry pointed at the refrigerator. “come on let's go” Ace said,Ace dragged Jerry.
“Hmmm!!..Hmmmm!!” Jerry was trying to say something but his mouth was filled up,Ace let go of his cloth and Jerry went to the fridge, he grabbed a bottle of milk and gulped it.
“hugh!..,ok gentlemen, I think we are done here” Jerry said and walked out,Ace stared at him as he walked out,he followed him and they all went back to Mr Harrison.
“so..we have decided to take the deal” Jerry said. Mr Harrison touched his lips,It seems he was trying to tell Jerry something, “what's it..Is everything ok” Jerry asked.
“Dude..milk's dripping down your lips” Ace whispered,though was heard by everyone in the room.
Mr Harrison chuckled, Jerry quickly cleaned his mouth and cleared his throat, “so I think we are done here..” Jerry said.
“Yeah but there's one more thing...you have to promise to stay away from my daughter after saving her” Mr Harrison said, “ok..deal!” Ace said and stood up.
“And one more thing,we would be taking half payment before starting this!” Jerry said,“that'll be no problem at all” Mr Harrison said, he escorted them back to their car and waved as they drove off.
“So boss..you're just gonna give them 5 million” Mr Harrison's guard asked him.
“No Billy.. we're gonna get my daughter first then we'll finish them and take the money later!” Mr Harrison said .
