MY PERFECT DEAL
"I AM HE, THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE AND I AM READY TO MOVE IN, HOW DOES IT SOUND?", I saw how her face paled immediately the words came out of my mouth.
I didn't even feel sorry for her sassy mouth, I was only intrigued by her.
I looked down to take in her dishevelled appearance, she looked so cute in her dishevelled appearance.
I was still waiting for her to say something, she just turned around and started moving towards the stairs case.
I didn't give her any chance to leave my presence, as she was about climbing the first stair case, I swung her fastly facing her towards me.
"What are you trying to do, are you trying to walk out on me, don't even dare try that again.
No one ever walks out on me and you won't even dare that...", I said to her.
"Shhhh, household owner, chief owner of the entire estate, if no one has ever walked out on you, I am so graced to be the first person to ever walk out on you.
Wait what do you expect me to do, I should stay here while you tell me everything you have achieved so far, I could sit down so you could tell me all that you have achieved.
Are there any other thing, you would want to let me know about you?", I asked as a tear tried to run down my cheeks, I blinked hard so that it won't fall down my cheeks.
If it was on a normal circumstance, I would happily go upstairs, pack my luggages and other of my belongings and move out of the house not without taking the remnants of my house rent, afterall I haven't stayed up to a year here.
With the way things are, I can't even do that, with no money on me, and with my parents quarrelling with me.
If I was on good terms with my dad, I would just have to call him and explain the situation at hand, but right now I don't know what to do.
"Soo..., I would be moving in, to stay with you, sassy mouth and take you to the very last, until you are as meek as a lamb", he said.
"Alright, you do want to move in, it's definitely okay for me but.."
"But what?", I asked.
"But you all have to refund me my money, like the remaining payment, you don't just expect me to move out from your fucking.."
"From my fucking what", I said with my hands on her jaw.
"A house you have been living in, now it's fucking right?, It's now a fucked up house huhh?.

With his hands on my jaw, and his lower body pressed against mine, I was speechless, he towered above me, making me look so small and insecure around him.
I tried pushing him off, but my breast rubbed with his shirt, it then dawned on me that I was putting on a flimsy nightwear.
I sucked in a breath, when that contact happened, I heard a growl leave his mouth.
I felt something poking my abdomen, it felt so hard and big, I wondered what he was holding.
The hard stuff kept poking on me I had no choice than to grab on it.
I fell for my instincts and brought my hands down to the hard stuff poking at me.
"Damnnn what are you doing?", He growled.
"What do you mean by what I am doing, you brought in a stick here and it's poking at my abdomen", I replied.
It kept poking on me, I realised that it wasn't rough it was all smooth and..., I looked down at the little space between us.
Damnnn!!, That was his manhood, it was.... Damn!!.
I guess that was the reason for his growl, I removed my hands quickly, and took three inches back from him.
He rested his hands on his forehead, I wanted to see the look on his face.
It took me a while lot not to look down at his lower unexposed part, I finally gave into the temptation knocking at me.
I was so engrossed looking at him, that I didn't know when he brought his hands down and was staring at me.
"A penny for your thoughts?", He said with a smirk on his face.
I could feel my cheeks turning crimson red, even at my caramel skin color.
"That isn't what I came for, I came for a deal.
I would voice out the deal, it's left for you to choose, I won't give you a day, a month or more to think the deal through.
I would give you just now and nothing else, it's left for you to take the right decision.
I bet you have no money, yet you would let your pride take over you", he said.
"To hell with the lectures, what's the deal?", I asked.
I heard him chuckle for a moment and immediately his face went all cold.
"I won't come to intrude in your privacy, if you agree to do my laundries, every Thursday evening and Saturday morning.
Or better still, and the best choice and decision I would want you to take, is for you to move in and you wouldn't have to do my laundries for me.
Think the both through, while I go over to the couch and wait for you to take your decisions, just five minutes", he said standing up and moving towards me.
I stilled when he was an inch far from me.
He brought his lips to my ears and whispered, "just five minutes honey", he said sensually and left for the sitting room.
I crouched down on the staircase, I didn't know what to say or think.
"Is it better I do his laundry or I let him stay here. Ohhh no. I can't let him stay here, he would get to see me everyday or even see me naked.
Damn, I didn't even know how I would react if he finally sees me unclothed.
I just think that not everything is all about pride.
I remembered the smirk he had on his face, when he voiced out the second option for me, he seemed happy about that.
I thought that at least even though I come to work in his house on Thursday evening he wouldn't be around, he seemed like the workaholic type of person.
"Maybe I could just take the first option and shame him", I thought.
"Time's up, it's almost six minutes", that was the voice that drew me out of my thoughts.
"When you say five minutes, do you actually mean it, you can't even add an extra minute for me?", I scoffed.
"So...., What do you think?, The second option is the best right?", He drawled seductively.
I didn't even let his voice get to me, I knew what I wanted and that's the best for me.
"I wondered what my mum would say when she hears that I am living with a man, that would give a right to her words.
That would also make the trust my dad has for me to slip away.
Not like he trusts me, with everything mum had said with all what she would still tell him after I had left the house.
I looked up at him, with my hands fumbling the tip of my nightwear.
"I will do your laundry, just the laundry like you said", I replied him.
I could see his face wiped off his usual smirk.
"He wasn't expecting that", I thought.
"Alright, nice decision though, I was bothered on how I would live with a nerd like you.
You even seem kinda boring and not my type", he said.
"Yeah I ain't your type and will never be, until you get into my pants you would still acknowledge me a nerd", I snorted.
"And get into your pants, I will, on a very good day, my love", he said, and mumbled "on a very good day", he said while leaving the house.
Immediately he was out of the door, I closed it with a bang and locked it.
I ran to the window and screamed a loud, "motherfucker", with my middle finger pointing at his direction.
He only snubbed me and entered his mother-fucking car.
Immediately he left, a message popped in my phone.
"Get ready to start work from next two weeks Thursday", that was from the motherfucker.
I hissed a long sigh, and started climbing up the stair.
