A NEW DAWN
****RASHIDS' POV****
"So what about the house, hope it's all cleared, I will be coming back by tomorrow, make sure everything is set, I don't want any form of dirt, you know it's been long.
. "Sir please, which of your mansions are you talking about, the one next to the college lodge had been occupied by a young lady, I can just tell her to move her things", Logan my estate manager said.
. "You say a lady!!, You know how i love keeping my personal space, well well, is she married?", I said nonchalantly.
"No my prince, she's not, just a college girl, but she's cute tho and got sassy mouth".
. I immediately took note of that," well, I won't stay there, furnish my other mansion, the one in the secluded area, I want it in my taste, all black and white, no mixed color.
. You know how much I detest other random colors, make sure all the flower are well trimmed, don't tell the assistant manager that I'll be coming back.
. I wanna keep it from him, let me know what he's been doing. If there is any progress or not.
"Alright calculate the estimate and send me the bill, with your account number, immediately, don't keep me waiting", he thundered.

I woke up the following morning feeling so refreshed, it's really a new dawn. I walked purposefully to the bathroom to do my early morning routines after which I came out. I heard the buzzing of my phone, I instantly knew it would be from the airport.
I had wanted to go in my private jet, but I decided following the commercial airplane as it would give me time to think, and go through my plans, they really made it hard for me.
I decided to shrug it off, cause I had in mind when I would be coming back, I won't just come back with more success and wealth but with love.
"Hello, Good morning sir, calling from Qatar airways, sir we want to inform you that your flight has been scheduled in the next two hours as the flight would take off thirty minutes later", she informed me.
. "Ohh yeah, got no problems, I do hope it's an exclusive, rather a first class", I asked.
"Yes sir, always an exclusive for high people like you", she said.
"Alright, thanks beautiful", I could sense her cheeks redden at my words of endearment, it's not like I really mean it, just my own way of making her comfortable with me.
"Yes handsome", she said, ohh that's the height of it, she wanna flirt with me. I hastly! Cut the call. Cut the crap must every lady flirt.
That's called a sluttish behavior. I called my besfriend Khalid to tell him I'm off already.
"Hey man, don't you want to escort me to the airport?, Seems like I have been a pain in your ass", I chuckled. "Sorry man for the last time tho, did she call, like dis you receive any call or mail from anyone?", I asked.
"Mail!!?, What mail are you talking about, cause I can't remember getting any mail, you've been up to something naughty right, you're so mischevious, I do hope it isn't as bad as others.
"Yoo man, am on my way, take care of my Dad, make sure you keep an eye on him, and give him a handful, I don't want him to feel my absence that much, you know he still hurts from the pain of seeing my go.
So I'm leaving him in safe hands, cause I trust you", Rashid said.
"No worries man, he's like a father to me, you've got no problems there", Khalid replied.
Rashid immediately hung up on him.
***QATAR AIRPORT***
"Sure, this is gonna be a long flight", my personal assistant Tiffany said, he looked up and saw her brow crease into a frown.
I thought inwardly that if she doesn't want to go, she can forget about the pay, and start fending for herself.
I don't know why she isn't happy about us travelling to Jamaica, when she's from South Africa. Is it that, she doesn't like Africa or what.
She should probably suit herself. After we had been checked, I took a magazine which is about Jamaica, the people, their food, and the way they interrelate with the outer world.
Nice tho, I saw that they are well known for their reggae music. And among other things, the country seems nice and a pleasant place to stay.
It was 4:15pm in the afternoon, when we finally alighted, it was a whole hella journey, I was so pissed off with the way the air hostess kept gawking and trying to flirt with me.
She was wearing a pink leather jacket with a turtle neck channel top, before I went to sleep, only for me to wake up to see she changed her clothes to a see through red short gown, which showed off a lot of cleavage and her aerola nipples.
She certainly had dressed like that for me, cause there was no one else in the first class suite, I had paid for only my secretary and I to be there.
It's not like we did something naughty, I'm strictly a business type of person, cause I don't and can't mix pleasure with wealth or business.
I was still standing checking around for Logan my estate manager when I saw a 2023 Bentley sports car, park in my front.
The unknown driver quickly whined down his glasses, I checked the person to find out the said Bentley driver is Logan.
"Hey, how're doing, it's been ages, look at you now, all muscled and hard chinned, em Jamicans babes, been rushing ya", Logan squeaked in his Jamaican accent.
"I get, you manwhore, looking for who to add to your group of man whores, but thank you I'm not interested", I said loudly.
"So how is life here, I guess things are really hard here", I asked Logan. "Man life's good, no too much stress, as long as you're ready to mind your business with no tongue waggling", Logan said.
I muttered an "alright", as I was feeling so sleepy and wanted to catch some sleep.
The drive was a long one tho from Norman Manley international airport to Kingston, which is the capital of Jamaica.
Oh my, my estate keeps getting better and bigger, there is even a check in post at the entrance that's nice, all thanks to Logan.
I told my subconscious mind to remind me later to thank him. Logan had told me that my condominium was at the far end of the estate which is the secluded area.
We were about riding past the last phase of the college lodge when I saw her. I quickly but shakily whined down the glass of the car, our gazes met and held.
It took over forty-five seconds before I slowly but involuntarily tore of the gaze we were sharing between each other.
"WHO IS SHE", I asked Logan and waited impatiently for him to reveal the young lady I had seen just now to me.
Logan scratched his head before saying," do you remember the college girl I told you about, that parked into your supposed house before you changed your mind?"
"Yes, go on", I said harshly.
"The one you asked me of, if she was married?",he said.
"Okay!!, Continue am all ears", "the lady I told you of that she's cute but somewhat sassy only when you annoy her tho, she's is the one, I have been talking to you about for the past two weeks", he rasped as Rashid listened attentively.
"Ohhhh, I see it's her, cute though, better she's not married", I muttered to myself.
At that point in time, I was torn between going to her and telling her to leave my house, but she could stay if she would make a deal with me.
And the deal is to live with me, and forget about paying the lodge fee.
Somewhat, I was also torn between waiting for her to pay the lodge fee, then I would later come and announce myself as the owner of the house.
I won't even let her plead with me, I wanted to know how sassy that lushed cute lips of her could be, how far her anger limit will stretch.
I smiled obnoxiously, as I thought of all the wicked things I could do to her, knowing how vulnerable she's gonna be. I swore in my mind that I'm gonna keep an eye on her.
