"Ding!" Just then, a sound like metal striking metal came from the Icy Greatsword’s shoulder!
Immediately after, the mother cat appeared in the air beside him, her claws viciously grasping at the iron Armor, causing no damage.
The mother cat’s body rebounded backward, seemingly about to fall, but she forcefully vanished into the air, disappearing once again.
"Skull, you go catch that little one first!" Chen Yuxi commanded in a deep voice, scanning around with his eyes and tightly clenching his massive fists, ready to respond to any movement around him, guarding against the mother cat’s reappearance.
"Got it!" Skull nodded, and walked toward the frail Little White Cat. His hunched figure looked particularly sleazy under the moonlight, his skeletal palms firmly gripped the Magic Wand, waving it slightly in the air, gathering some Purple Magic elements. The wand grew brighter, casting the forest in an eerie glow akin to the Underworld hell.
The Little White Cat backed away a few steps, warily eyeing the approaching Skull, baring her teeth in a warning hiss, but her voice was too tender, lacking any authority, and actually sounded somewhat cute, invoking pity.
"Little darling, don’t be scared, I’m coming to catch you now!" Skull said with a sinister chuckle, swinging the Magic Wand towards the Little White Cat. A beam of Purple light burst out instantly, cutting through the air and striking the Little White Cat hard!
The Little White Cat’s body trembled, her neck drooping down, motionless as if struck by Dizziness, unable to move.
Skull seized the moment and pounced forward, grabbing the Little White Cat in his hands!
The Little White Cat struggled weakly, unable to free herself from Skull’s grasp.
"Meow!" Just at that moment, an urgent cat’s cry sounded, and the mother cat instantly Flashed out of the air, her sharp claws viciously grasping onto Skull’s wrist.
Skull’s wrist was immediately slashed with two long cuts, blood spurting out. In pain, he loosened his grip, letting the Little White Cat go.
"Damn it!" Skull cursed loudly, quickly reaching out for the mother cat.
The mother cat swiftly picked up the Little White Cat and climbed onto an adjacent tree, placing her high on the trunk to keep her safe from harm.
"You can’t escape!" Skull swung his Magic Wand menacingly, Purple Magic elements once again gathering into the wand. Soon after, a Purple Light Sphere shot out, striking hard at the tree trunk.
Left with no choice, the mother cat picked up the Little White Cat again and leapt to another tree trunk.
"Boom!" The Light Sphere hit the tree trunk, immediately exploding, shredding the trunk into splinters. Leaves fluttered down, obscuring the Moonlight.
"Icy Greatsword, use your Light Blade Frenzy!" At that moment, Chen Yuxi frowned and ordered the Icy Greatsword, "Be careful to leave them alive, they’re worthless if you kill them."
"Okay!" Icy Greatsword nodded, pointing his Great Sword towards the night sky and energetically shaking his arm. Pearly Moonlight gathered at the tip of the blade, the large sword glowing silver as if coated with mercury.
He then viciously slashed, and dozens of white blade lights poured down, completely engulfing the tree where the mother cat and the Little White Cat were hiding, with overwhelming force.
"Damn it!" Huang Yi cursed in his heart, these three people were stopping at nothing to capture the mother cat and the Little White Cat, even resorting to the Class Ultimate Move, Light Blade Frenzy!
When the blade light finally dissipated, the tree was cut so smoothly not a single leaf remained. The ground was covered with wood chips and leaves, while the mother cat and the Little White Cat were nowhere to be seen, their whereabouts unknown.
"Huh? Where did they go?" Skull exclaimed in shock, dashing over to search around.
"Let’s split up and look!" the Icy Greatsword said urgently, ready to turn around and start searching.
"What’s the hurry!" Chen Yuxi scolded him, his gaze shifting to Huang Yi on the ground, speaking coldly, "Isn’t there still a Spirit Cat here? Those two cats care so much for this Spirit Cat, we just need to attack this one and see if the other two come out!" Having said that, Chen Yuxi walked beside Huang Yi, his huge fist raised.
Huang Yi stared at Chen Yuxi’s fist, hoping that the mother cat and the Little White Cat had already fled and would not bother saving him anymore.
"Keep an eye on the surroundings, I’m about to strike!" Chen Yuxi said, swinging his tremendous fist, smashing it down toward Huang Yi!
The enormous fist grew closer in Huang Yi’s vision, and he intensely wished for it to hit him, so he could die, making the mother cat and the Little White Cat give up on rescuing him once and for all.
But his wish was ultimately unfulfilled.
Just then, the mother cat’s figure Flashed again in mid-air, diving towards Chen Yuxi’s fist like a moth to a flame.
Time seemed to freeze, Chen Yuxi’s fist filled with explosive Strength, chilling to the bone, but the mother cat rushed forward without hesitation, her gaze filled with urgency, as if afraid she wouldn’t reach the fist in time...
