Ryan's heart raced as he parked his car outside Selena's house. It had been months since they had last seen each other, and he knew this visit would be anything but ordinary. Selena was his ex-fiancée's friend again, and he couldn't shake off the desire for revenge that burned within him.
Taking a deep breath, Ryan approached Selena's front door and rang the bell. After a few moments, the door swung open, revealing Selena's startled face. "Ryan? What are you doing here?" she asked, clearly surprised and wary of his sudden appearance.
A disarming smile spread across Ryan's face as he replied, "Selena, my dear, it's been far too long. Can we talk? I believe we have some unfinished business."
Reluctantly, Selena invited Ryan inside, her mind a whirlwind of conflicting emotions. She led him to the living room, where they settled into uncomfortable silence. Ryan didn't waste any time; he knew he had to manipulate Selena into carrying out his twisted plan.
"Selena, I heard you are now on good terms with Rose again; is that true?" Ryan began, his voice laced with a hint of malice. "You are now close again with your so-called friend who stole everything from me and destroyed my life?"
Selena's eyes widened with concern. "What are you talking about, Ryan? Rose has always been kind to both of us."
Ryan chuckled darkly. "Kind? Oh, Selena, you have no idea. Rose betrayed me and destroyed my life, and now I need your help to get back at her. I have a plan, a plan that will teach her a lesson she won't forget."
