I spend the entire day at work trying not to think about Tonya like I promised I would not do, but here I am, looking for her and hoping I would see her at the resort or on the beach. I need to stop seeing her for a while and see if that helps me get her out of my system. The summer will be over soon, and I will go back home. Then what? Will I continue to pine for her pussy?
I plan to see Jade tonight and try to have a good time. I desperately need to let Tonya go, but the thought of another man touching her drives me insane. All I wanted to do last night was fuck her until I knew she would be too sore to even think about another cock. What the hell is wrong with me?

I text Jade to make sure she will meet me at the bar and go up to my room to get ready. It doesn’t take me long to get ready. I have to be honest with myself. I am not feeling this date, but I will try so I can think about something other than Tonya.
I walk down to the bar and have a seat in my usual place. I order a beer and wait for Jade. She arrives about fifteen minutes after me. I check my phone as she sits down beside me, nothing from Tonya. Fuck, I must be going crazy. She is keeping her word to keep her distance and give me time to pull my head together.
“You okay? You seem a little down; we can do this another time if you like?’ Jade asks me
“No, it is fine. I do have something on my mind, but now it is better that you are here,” I say to her. It is a lie, but I am trying my hardest not to think about Tonya.
Jade orders a Tom Collins. That is what Tonya drinks. “Those are really good here,” I say to her.
“Yeah, they really are. I had one the other night with a lady down here. She was really nice,” Jade says to me.
“We have a lot of regulars that drink those,” I say to her.
“She said she was from here,” Jade says.
I wonder if it was Tonya. “That is her over there,” Jade says and points.
I look over, hoping to see Tonya, but it is Melanie. What the fuck kind of crazy shit is this?
“What did you two talk about?’ I ask Jade.
“She was really sad. She said she was in a strange relationship with this guy she was in love with and his older girlfriend. It was bizarre. She said he was a real dog screwing around on both of them. I did not get all of the details. I had a drink with her and then left,” Jade says to me.
“He sounds terrible,” I say to Jade.
“Do you have any secret girlfriends I should know about?” Jade asks me.
I start to answer her with the truth. What harm could the truth do at this point? Before I can answer, Melanie is on top of us.
“I see you are the whore he is screwing around with this week,” Melanie screams at Jade.
“She was talking about you?’ Jade asks me.
“How could you do this to Tonya? She loves your sorry ass,” Melanie screams at me.
Melanie grabs my beer off the bar and pours it over Jade, and then slaps me.
“You are both dirty whores!” Melanie screams as she runs toward the beach. The resort security goes after her, and I check on Jade.
“Are you okay?’ I ask Jade.
“This is a little too much for me,” Jade says as she gets up from the bar and walks away.
I order another beer and sit there waiting for security to come back. I look at my phone. I want to text Tonya, but I stop myself. She does not need this drama either.
Resort security is back with Melanie in ten minutes. “Do you want to press charges, Dakota?” one of the security guards asks me.
“No, just trespass her from the property,” I say to him.
“Are you sure?” he asks me.
“Yeah, I am sure,” I answer him.
The resort security escorts Melanie off of the property. I sit at the bar drinking beer after beer until I am drunk. I take out my phone and text Tonya.
*I think we have a problem with Melanie* I text her.
She reads my message but does not respond. I wonder who she is fucking? I decide to walk to her beach house drunk to see if she is seeing anyone else. It is a challenging walk in the sand at night after several beers, but I make it to her beach house. I need to see her. I was wrong for acting so crazy. I want to tell her I am sorry. I get to her beach house, and I can hear music coming from inside her beach house. Please do not let her be in there with someone else. It will crush me. I walk up the steps to her side door. As I am about to knock, a man comes out, and Tonya behind him. She looks at me and tells him bye.
“What are you doing here?” Tonya asks me.
“Who was that?” I ask her.
“A client, we were finishing up some things. I have not been in the office much. I made him dinner, and we finished up his case here tonight,” Tonya says.
“So you are not fucking him?” I ask her.
“Are you drunk?” Tonya asks me.
“A little bit, maybe, yeah, a lot drunk,” I answer her.
“Get in here and let’s get you sober,” Tonya says to me.
I follow her into the house. I sit on the couch, and she puts on some coffee.
“What happened?’ Tonya asks me.
“Melanie flipped out; that is what happened,” I say to her.
“I gathered that from the resort security I saw running down the beach chasing her,” Tonya says.
“Can we talk about this tomorrow?’ I ask her.
“Sure, lay your head in my lap,” Tonya says.
