Heavenly Unbound: The System Maker! Chapter 81

It had been a while since he left the Divine World after visiting the Primordial Gods. As he recalled the events that took place there, he reflected on how things had changed. Everyone seemed to be doing well. They were now ten years old. Since accelerating time in the Origin World inevitably had a relative effect on the Divine World, the result was that while a thousand years had passed in the Origin World, ten years had passed in the Divine World as well. They were no longer a newly born gods they used to be, having developed their own thoughts, personalities, and especially their perspectives, which surprised Heng Cheng. Because he was still a mortal outside the System World, he often felt an urgency toward life, as if time was always pressing down on him. But the Primordial Gods were different. They embraced a slower pace of life within the Divine World, showing no signs of restlessness. Even though there wasn’t much to do aside from the tasks Blue assigned them, they hardly ever seemed bored. Hengsheng was also intrigued by the Demi-Gods the Primordial Gods had created. Initially, they had desired beings to serve and worship them—a natural instinct for gods—so they used their power to create the Demi-Gods. The first to do so was Erdan. As a tree god, she required caretakers, so using the Divinity of Life and Nature, she created the Elf Demi-Gods to serve her. When the others saw this, they began to imitate Erdan’s actions, and before long, each of them had their own Demi-God followers. Hengsheng spent some time in the Divine World before deciding to leave—there were still unfinished matters he needed to attend to. Now, standing in the vastness of space, he looked down. Below his feet lay a blue planet—the System World’s version of Earth. He gazed at it with mixed emotions. From the very first day he created the System World, he had already decided to replicate Earth here. Because no matter what, this planet stirred something deep within him—a wether of nostalgia or familiarity. But before he could bring his vision to life, he had to ensure the System World was fully stabilized. And now, it seemed like everything was finally ready for the Plan. He turned in another direction—toward Mars. However, it had already transformed into the modern world of the Felinari. No longer a red planet, its entire landscape had changed. Seeing this, he realized he needed to rearrange his plans. Without hesitation, he moved to the edge of the Origin World, deep into space—an empty void devoid of galaxies and stars. There, he severed a chunk of space from the Origin World’s universe. Then, he molded this isolated space into a space marble before completely sealing it off, preventing any supernatural forces like mana from influencing it. Within this space, only physical laws would govern existence. Once the isolation was complete, he began creating a new universe within the space marble. An Origin light spark ignited at the center, sending waves of energy rippling through the void, fueling the birth of this miniature cosmos. The space within the marble continued expanding, time rapidly fast-forwarding. Fate and Order themselves shifted toward a single goal—to create a version of Earth identical to the one in Hengsheng’s memory. There was no need to rush. With everything progressing as intended, Earth would soon come into existence. He calculated it should be around ten days in the cultivation world times, before the Earth and dinosaurs emerged within the Universe in the Marble. Hengsheng grasped The Universe Marble and made his way to the Source of the Origin Star. Once there, he created an altar above the Origin star and carefully placed the marble upon it. "What is this, Master?" Blue appeared beside him, her eyes filled with curiosity. She could sense that he had been manipulating space-time within the Origin World. "This is Earth. I want to keep it here. Could you take care of it for me?" Hengsheng asked. Hearing his request, Blue immediately understood. Born with most of Hengsheng’s memories, she knew exactly what Earth was—and how much it meant to him. "Rest assured, Master. I won’t let anything happen to it!" she declared with determination. Seeing her so spirited up, Hengsheng couldn't help but smile. It seemed that tasking her to manage his important thing was considered as a reward for her. "Thank you. I’ll be heading outside soon—take care." With that, Hengsheng departed, leaving Blue to watch over his precious creation. He made one last stop on the Feline Planet, intending to retrieve Yunsu and bid farewell to Hunter. It was time for him and Yunsu to leave. "Meow?" Yunsu tilted her head, confused. Hengsheng had been dragging her from place to place without a single explanation. "Sorry, it’s because..." he began to speak to Yunsu. Taking a moment, Hengsheng finally explained the situation—the circumstances that had forced him to escape into the System World. Once Yunsu understood, he shifted his focus back to the whisper that had haunted him, even within the safety of the System World. The Lord of All Senses. The whisper became clearer inside the System World, yet it no longer affected him the way it did when he was in his physical body. Reaching out, Hengsheng grasped at the unknown energy linking itself to him and pulled it from his body. Holding it in his hands, he observed it carefully. Soon, he realized what it truly was—karma. But unlike the red karma threads of the Heavenly Dao World, this Krama followed an entirely different world law. It had formed the moment he spoke the name of the Wu God—Vishnu. This karma link functioned slightly differently from the Heavenly Dao’s red threads. It could not be severed by sheer power alone. Instead, it required a different method which Hengsheng did not know how. However, he suspected that the Golden Sword Sect knew the method, as their disciples seemed completely unaffected by it. Its nature was deeply mysterious since how it could even follow him into the System World. Even the red Krama thread could not do this. Hengsheng stopped analyzing once he had gathered enough information. Then, focusing his power within the System World, he cut off the Krama link permanently. He observed for a while to ensure the Krama was completely gone. Before he and Yunsu returned to the cultivation world. As Hengsheng opened his eyes and returned to the cultivation chamber, he waited for a moment, expecting the Krama link to reform—but it did not. Assuming he was now safe, he brought Yunsu out from the System World. "Mew…" The moment she reappeared, she quickly stepped toward her pile of spirit stones to resume her cultivation. Hengsheng, now free from the whispers, finally had the chance to think about the quest he had just received. Without wasting time, he quickly opened the quest menu once more to ensure he hadn’t missed any important details. "The Heavenless Dao Cult…" he accidentally murmured, then swiftly covered his mouth. ….. Nothing seems to happen. he sighs with relief. He thought he had nearly made the same mistake again. This incident taught him a valuable lesson—he should never carelessly speak the words in this dangerous world, as they might bring him trouble. After a brief moment of reflection, he began piecing together the information from the quest. It seemed that the group of black-masked cultivators was part of the Heavenless Dao Cult, and their goal was to unseal the godlike entity trapped beneath the massive pillar. This realm had five pillars, did that mean there were five Wu Gods that were sealed under it? Wait… was his home realm actually a prison realm? The quest stated that if the Heavenless Dao Cult succeeded, the world would transform into the "Heavenless Realm." But what did that even mean? A realm without the Heavenly Dao? Could cultivators still cultivate in such a realm? He had no idea, nor did he intend to find out. The only thing he was certain of was that he had to prevent this uncertainty from becoming reality. His task was clear: protect the Five Elemental Seal Formation for seven years. But what exactly was the formation? He recalled the escort quest and the wooden seal he had seen. Could that be the Five Elemental Seal Formation? He shook his head. What he had seen rune word of the rune of Earth on its surface—it was likely just one component of the entire formation. Another troubling thought crept into his mind—something beyond his control. Even if he successfully protected the Five Elemental Seal Formation of the Golden Pillar from being destroyed. What if the other continents of The Realm of Five Pillars had failed to protect their Pillar from destruction… Would it affect his continent? Since Hengsheng guessed that these Wu God incarnations had to be stronger than the True Immortal Cultivators, If not, why not just kill them outright instead of going through the trouble of sealing them?
