Suddenly, the agonized howl was cut off, swallowed by a burst of madness.
"HAHAHAHAHA!!!!" Black Shark laughed maniacally, even in the face of death.
First his limbs, then his torso—each part torn apart, dissolving into dust and glowing fragments beneath the crushing might of the heavenly pulse.
"I will return…" Black Shark's voice faded as his mount dissolved into dust. His eyes, still filled with madness, locked onto Hengsheng one last time.
Finally, his entire head was consumed.
The maniac laughter disappeared from the world.

"What happened?!" one of the pirates shouted as he sensed the ship had hit something. He extended his divine sense to see what his ship hit.
At first, he thought it maybe a coral reef, but what he saw made his expression turn pale, eyes widen—his ship, which was supposed to be drifting in the sea, was now surrounded by green, crawling roots.
The pirates who had cultivation realm in the True Body realm, upon realizing that the ship could no longer move, began to flee into the sky with the treasures, storing as much as they could from the ship into their space rings while cursing that they didn’t have bigger ones.
