Outside the company building, Ren Hao walked to his Maserati, opened the car door for Shen Binan, and made a gentlemanly gesture, “Binan, please get in.”

Shen Binan said, “He and I aren’t close, and I really dislike him.”
Fang Yi found it strange and couldn’t help but ask, “Since you really dislike him, why would you still…”
Shen Binnan let out a long sigh, “You don’t understand.”
Fang Yi chuckled, “Why do you think I don’t understand anything, Shen Binnan?
If I knew nothing, would you still be alive?”
A surprised look appeared on Binnan’s pretty face.
She was somewhat taken aback by Fang Yi calling her by name.
After a few seconds of silence, Binnan said, “Actually, that Ren Hao is my enemy.
He’s the one trying to assassinate me and my whole family.”
“So, you’re saying he’s the chief of the Black Water Alliance?” asked Fang Yi.
Binnan responded, “Sort of.
But the most troublesome is his father, Ren Tianqing, one of the three richest tycoons in Moon City and the foremost among them.”
Fang Yi pondered for a moment, “Since Ren Hao is your enemy, why would you go on a date with him?”
Binnan was startled and then explained, “Actually, last night wasn’t really a date.
I wanted to talk to him, but it didn’t go well.
He made me a condition.”
“What condition?” Fang Yi asked.
“He wants me to become his wife!
“Damn, that’s definitely not happening!” Fang Yi immediately vetoed.
Binnan said, “The concerned party is me, not you.
Why are you in such a hurry?
“Shen Binnan!” Fang Yi shouted, “Don’t talk nonsense.
When have I ever liked you?

“People usually pay for singing, your singing could kill,” Binnan said.
“Besides, you have the nerve to ride this old bike?”
Fang Yi shamelessly retorted, “I like it, bite me.
And you, a big CEO riding my rickety bike, should you be embarrassed?”
“You…” Binnan was annoyed, gritting her teeth, “I won’t bite you, I’ll pinch you.” Saying that, she pinched Fang Yi’s lower back again.
Thus, all the way home, Fang Yi was being pinched by Binnan as he rode the bike back to the villa.
Even with his tough physique, he kept wincing in pain, thinking to himself, this woman is really damn rough!
Finally reaching the villa on his bicycle, Binnan stepped off the bike and stood at the entrance, arms crossed over her chest, and as Fang Yi was about to turn away, she said, “Wait a second.”

Binnan watched as Fang Yi left, muttering to herself, “Hmm, isn’t he usually thick-skinned?
How come he became so thin-skinned suddenly…”
Riding his bike, Fang Yi didn’t go straight home but wandered around the city.
Before long, he stopped in front of a place called the Blue Cloud Bar, noticing the job offer posted on the door, “Looks is the place…”
Fang Yi locked up his bike and then strode into the bar.
