The male student got up from the ground, glared at Fang Yi a few times as if to engrave his image in memory for revenge, and then the group left the place.

"Welcome back." A middle-aged woman with a slightly hunched back emerged from the cramped house, age having etched lines and wear into her face, making her appear older.
"Mmmhmm." Qin Xin dropped her backpack on her shoulder and quickly ran into her room.
The middle-aged woman chuckled quietly, then mused to herself, "Xin’er has grown up; maybe she’s gotten a boyfriend at school..."
The next day, Fang Yi arrived early at the office, his first stop being the security department.
"Brother Yi, you really have a way with predictions. Zheng Pengfei, that fool, indeed came to me, even tried to bribe me," Ma Haigang boasted.

Zhou Peilan pursed her lips and asked, "Have you had breakfast yet?"
Suddenly, Zhou Peilan squeezed past the people in front, and just as the elevator doors were about to close, she suddenly stretched out her hand to stop them from shutting, then she walked out of the elevator and headed towards the lobby.
Fang Yi was stunned, clueless about what this woman was up to.
The elevator doors opened, and Fang Yi stepped out of the elevator into the company, swiped his fingerprint card, and entered the sales department.
"Hmm, this little girl..." Fang Yi noticed that Huo Xiaoxuan was actually not there.

"Go where it’s cool and stay there," Fang Yi said.
Actually, regarding Zhou Peilan’s action, Fang Yi was also immensely shocked. He and Zhou Peilan barely had any interactions, yet she bought him breakfast, which completely baffled him.

Fang Yi was speechless, watching Huo Xiaoxuan wolf down one dumpling and then reach for another...
