Curious, he bent his knees slightly and jumped.
His body soared higher than expected, and he landed smoothly with perfect balance. His reflexes were sharper, his coordination flawless. With a few quick movements, he tested his agility, shifting from side to side, throwing a few mock punches and kicks. Each motion flowed seamlessly, power radiating from his core.
Then, his hands brushed against his abdomen. His once well-defined but lean frame had transformed—six-pack abs had formed, and his muscles, though more pronounced, remained athletic and balanced rather than bulky.
