"I'm not hungry, I already ate." She takes her coat off hanging it up. "Are you okay?" Abigail turns around to her. "Why wouldn't I be?"
"Because I know you and I know when something is off with you"
"I'm great, I'm gonna go to bed" She rushes upstairs into her room locking the door behind her. She gets undressed changing into comfortable clothes then lays down and begins watching TV. 5 minutes later Abigail begins knocking on her door "Sofia" She tries to open the door "Open the door"
Sofia ignores her "You're not sleep that fast, open the door!" She bangs on the door. "Leave me alone, I don't wanna talk"
"Can you please Just open the door?"
Sofia ignores her again "Well you're gonna have to speak to me soon so I'll be waiting" She hears Abigail walks off and she shuts the lights off then begins watching TV again.

The next morning she wakes up stretching then grabs her some clothes from her dresser and a towel. She walks to the bathroom removing her clothes and gets in the shower. Once she's done washing up she gets out and dries herself off then gets dressed. As soon as she opens the bathroom door Abigail is standing there.
"Get out of my way"
"No, I'm not going anywhere until you speak to me and tell me what's going on" She blocks off the doorway.
"Move!" She pushes Abigail out of her way knocking her onto the floor. "What is going on here?" Their mom rushes upstairs angrily.
"I don't know, she pushed me!" Abigail stands. "Why did you push your sister?"
"Nobody speak to me" She storms past them both running into her room closing and looking the door. "Sofia, open this door" her mom knocks on the door and Sofia ignores her. "Sofia I know you hear me, open this door now!"
Sofia stands and puts her socks and sneakers on and then her sweater zipping it up then opens the door "I'm going out"
"No you're not, you're not going anywhere until you tell me what's wrong with you" her mom grabs her arm. "Why don't you ask her?" Sofia looks over to Abigail then pulls her arm away and storms off. She rushes downstairs and out the front door and begins going for a walk. She decides to stop by Elijah's house knocking and He opens the door.
"hey, what are you doing here?"
"I got bored in the house and decided to come over" She walks inside. "oh um okay" he closes the door behind her and she turns to him and they just stand there staring at each other.
"Are you gonna say anything?" He asks.
"Are you?"
"Nope."
"Okay good." She walks over to the couch and sits down. "Do you want anything to eat or drink?"
"No thanks"
"Well what do you wanna do?" He walks over sitting down next to her. "I don't know"
"Okay" He stops for a few seconds "Well this isn't Awkward at all."
"You made it this way by being jealous for no reason"
"I do have a reason to be Jealous, You've actually kissed My brother"
"First of all I didn't kiss your brother, your brother kissed me and second of all you Kissed my sister"
"So we're both Even here" Sofia looks at him and scoffs "We're not even nothing, I never asked for the kiss"
"Well you sure let it happen"
"Wow, we're not even together and we've been fighting nonstop"
"Yeah I know" He sighs and leans back onto the couch "We just keep letting little stuff get in the way"
"I know we can make this work, No worrying about your brother, no worrying about my sister, just worrying about both of us" She grabs his face and leans in kissing him on the lips.
"You're right, I'm sorry." He grabs her kissing her again. "Well I'm glad you apologized" She smiles "I have to tell you something"
"What's wrong?"
"I caught my sister with a boy"
"What boy?"
"My ex, Peter."
"Are you sure she was with him?" He asks.
"Yeah, Which is why your brother was trying to Cheer me up"
"That sucks" He pauses for a while "I'm sorry you saw that" He picks up his phone and begins texting someone.
"It's fine"
"Why do you care though? He's your Ex." He sets his phone back down on the table.
"Just because he's my ex doesn't mean I didn't use to love him at one time in life" She looks down at her feet "Obviously I'm gonna always love him, we've been together for a while"
"Sofia I'm gonna ask something but don't take this in a wrong way, are you still in love with your Ex?"
"No I'm not"
"Are you sure? You can be honest with me" He grabs her hands. "Yes I'm sure, you don't have to worry about him"
"Okay good" He stands "I'm gonna use the bathroom real quick" He walks off upstairs. Brady comes walking downstairs "Oh I didn't know you were here" He walks into the kitchen pouring him a drink "What you doing here?"
"Just came over to chill for a while"
"I'm surprised you're back"
"Why is that?" Elijah phone Vibrates and she picks it up seeing a message from the name Brady and the messages were hidden "Hey, did you just text Elijah?"
"No why?" He walks over and she hands him the phone "Because he just received a message from you"
"This isn't me, my phone is upstairs in my room" He hands her the phone back. "Then who Is It?" She hears the bathroom door open so she sets the phone back down on the corner of the table.
"Great, You're down here" Elijah walks over grabbing his phone "Do you wanna go upstairs in my room?"
"Um I'm pretty tired so I'm gonna just go"
"But you just got here" Elijah steps foward "You can't just stay for an hour?"
"I don't think I should"
"Why not?"
"I have somewhere to be, I'll see you tomorrow though" she opens the door rushing out and begins walking home.

When Sofia gets home Her mom or Abigail isn't home so she digs into the cabinet grabbing one of the liquor bottles and begins drinking it. "How did I end up with such a fucked up life" She groans sitting down on the couch leaning back. She drinks some more of the bottle then closes it back up setting it on the table. She stands and just as she's about to walk upstairs to her room there's a knock on the door. She walks over to the door opening it "What are you doing here?" Standing there is Brady.
"Doing what A good friend should be doing, checking up on you to make sure you're okay."
"I'm fine."
"No you're not fine, Trust me I know"
"What do you wanna hear? My sister went out with my Ex and kissed him, Elijah is supposedly cheating on me with another woman, Obviously I'm not fine!" She yells and begins crying. "Please don't cry" He walks inside closing the door "I hate seeing people cry"
"I hate crying myself but I'm hurt"
"I know" He pulls her Into a hug "It's gonna be okay"
"Everyone keeps saying that yet It doesn't seem like it"
"Do you want something to drink?" He asks.
"I already have something" She walks over to the bottle grabbing it and holding it up. "Well count me In" He grabs the bottle and begins drinking some and they both take a seat. "Look, don't even stress about this, you're way too beautiful to be crying over anyone, I actually have a similar situation I've been in and its worse than what has happened to you"
"What could be even worse than that?" She turns to him.
"Losing your Virginity to someone you loved, hoping to start a family with that person and all along she never loved you, never wanted to start a family with you, never even gave a fuck about you, just wanted money"
"Yikes, you deserve the whole bottle"
"I'm over It now, It Doesn't bother me no more" He drinks some more of the bottle then sets It down "I do have a question though"
"Yeah?"
"Why did you choose him over me?"
"I Don't know, I was trying to give It a chance"
"Well now you should Just stop trying" With one of his hands he begins rubbing her thigh and she looks down at his hand then back up to his face. "Does Elijah know you're here right now?"
"Do you think he would have let me come see you alone?" He chuckles "No he doesn't know"
"Good" She moves closer to him leaning her head on his shoulder "I mean I wouldn't care If he did know"
"Why did you ask?" He wraps his arm around her "Are you having second thoughts?"
Her phone starts to ring and she looks down at it to see Elijah calling "Ignore him" Brady grabs the phone hanging it up. He starts to blow her phone up with messages "He's not gonna stop"
"Just turn it off"
"Okay." She shuts her phone off "Do you wanna watch something?"
"Or..." He grabs underneath her chin making her look up at him "We could do this" He leans in planting a soft kiss on her lips. Instead of pulling away she goes in for another kiss, this time more intimate. "Look, if we're gonna do this you can't tell anybody" Sofia sits on top of him. "Deal"
