Theodore had lost all hope that her father would ever accept him, but then who knew the arrival of Griffin could turn the table?
He was thinking all this when Ambrose mind linked to the arrival of his sperm donor. The news alone turned his mood sour. Out of all the vampires, even he was there to rape his mother. The mere thought pissed him, and his Lycan was furious. He walked out of the room in anger to meet that fucker to know why the hell he was here after all these years.
He recalled the promise that he made to Liara and tried to control his anger which he failed miserably.
It took him a couple of minutes to finally reach; Lestat was waiting for him, ALONE. He hated how he looked so much like him.
He thanked Selene that his mother wasn’t alive. Otherwise, she would have faced a hard time with everything; she would have looked at his face. Just like him, he too, had raven black hair, but he was a little short and less masculine compared to Theodore. Lestat had beautiful baby blue eyes, unlike Theodore’s grey eyes. He was fair compared to Theodore’s Olive skin.
He looked like Theodore’s young brother instead of his father. There was a smirk playing on Lestat’s lips as if this was everything that was funny to him.
“Hello, Son!!” Lestat spoke, showing a little glimpse of his dark magic. The guards who were on patrol stepped away in fear. They had no idea the man who was patiently waiting for Theodore while throwing a tantrum was this powerful.
Even Theodore felt suffocated in his dark aura. He didn’t remember meeting someone carrying so much darkness and a negative aura.
“May I?” He asked permission to enter their area. Without approval, no supernatural creature could walk inside. “Ah. Since when I started taking permission.” With that, he walked in as if he owned this place. It was clear that Lestat was enjoying, watching them in fear and shock.
Theodore clenched his fist, recalling that this person was one of them who forced himself on her.
“Won’t you give your father a hug, Theodore?”
His words made him feel sick. Hug? Hell, he would rip his heart. Theodore wasn’t fucking stupid; who couldn’t understand that he wasn’t here to work on the father and son relationship.
“Father?” Ambrose scoffed. “You’re nothing but a fucking sperm donor.” He added.
“I don’t like people talking to me in this tone,” Lestat said with hooded eyes and ran toward him to break his neck, but Theodore stepped in between and pushed him away.
“Step back!!!” Theodore hissed venomously, protecting Ambrose and releasing his aura to its fullest. The people around him were scared of him too. But then, his aura was nowhere near Lestat’s dark aura. ‘You all need to leave.’ He mind-linked Ambrose.
‘But…’
‘I said leave, dad. Don’t become my weakness. You have Colton’s number. Call him.’ He said, cutting Ambrose in between. Lestat was powerful, too powerful to kill any Alpha or any warriors on duty. He cursed mentally when he didn’t think of him as this powerful. He wondered how he would be able to protect Liara at that stage.
Ambrose didn’t argue with him because a part of him knew that no one of them stood a chance against Lestat. And the last thing they wanted to become was his weakness, if not strength.
