With the help of Butler Frank, Roland finally finished a lot of work.
Initially, Butler Frank actually expressed that Roland should just let him handle this matter, but Roland insisted that he must be present on the scene. He wanted to oversee the entire process as this was the start of his tycoon journey.

There, Roland told Butler Frank about his plans about the upcoming restaurant.
Butler Frank only listened and did not express anything. However, deep inside his heart, he was already thinking that Roland was quite rash. Nevertheless, he did not express any dissatisfaction and answered all of his questions and offered all of his suggestions honestly.
With Butler Frank's help and connection, they found an architect to design the building for the restaurant. As Roland did not want to meddle about such technicalities anymore, he decided to let Butler Frank handle it as well as the construction works.
He deposited a total of 50,000 Global Dollars to Butler Frank's bank account and gave him full autonomy of the construction of the restaurant.
Roland only has two requirements for him, "Don't make it too fancy, but not too ordinary either. It's best if the restaurant operates before the new year."
"About the workers, you can post a hiring notice for the crews. As for the managerial position and the head chef, let me handle it. I have someone in mind already."
Roland felt a little guilty for handing Butler Frank this much work. However, as usual, Butler Frank insisted that it was alright and that he should just sit idle and let him, or them, the workers do the work.
