He banged the sword on his shield, and with that signal, everyone readied and adopted the perfect posture for defense and attack. Their shields were held in a way that covered their chest area almost up to the shoulders, and their swords or spears pointed towards the front from the sides. Everyone was ready to clash with their all, the moment the 1st division of the opposition reached them, that is.
Sophia who was gazing down from above with a cold and calculating gaze, waited quietly, the tension in the air became palpable, the only sounds that could be heard were the sounds of the 200 enemy Seekers marching through the bridge, the stretching of the hanging bridges fibers, and the sounds of growling and hungry noises of the sea creatures jumping up high from the water constantly.
