“Are you sure?” Richard looked at Sande and asked after hearing his words, “If I ask you to kill someone, can you really do it?”
“Have I killed too few?” Sande glanced over the corpses surrounding them and said with contempt, “Although I haven’t killed as many as you have here, when it really comes to killing, I no longer have any psychological barriers.”
“I’m not talking about them.”
“Who then? Women?” Sande guessed, then laughed, “This place isn’t lacking in women, right?”

Sande was taken aback and pursed his lips, “I can. If she has offended you, and she is indeed evil, then I can still kill her for you.”

Sande fell silent, and after a long while, he looked up at Richard, staring into his eyes, “I want to know if it were you, would you kill the pregnant woman you just hypothesized about?”
“Of course.” Richard replied, his expression indifferent as if it was no psychological burden at all.
Sande shivered, suddenly feeling that Richard before him was even more frightening than the Truth Society.
“Because the pregnant woman I hypothesized could have the surname Tan, names like Peipei, Beibei, and so on,” Richard said softly.
“Beibei Tan?” Sande was stunned, not understanding why a strange name and surname could be a reason to kill someone.
“Alright.” Richard didn’t want to dwell on a topic of no significance any longer. Looking at Sande, he said, “Let’s just consider the deal done. I will help you kill the people at the Truth Society’s stronghold, and you will help me verify the identity of your teacher.”
“I have one condition,” Sande suddenly said.
“What?” Richard asked.
“I want to go with you to the stronghold to kill people.”
“Reason.” Richard asked.
“First, I detest the people from the Truth Society. Since I won’t provoke them anymore, let me take this last revenge. Second…” Sande looked at Richard fearlessly and said, “Second, I don’t trust you, so I must see with my own eyes that you do this deed.”

“What’s this?” Sande didn’t rashly drink it, looking at Richard with caution.

Sande still didn’t completely let his guard down, but after careful consideration, if Richard really wanted to harm him, he wouldn’t need to go through all this trouble. Eventually, Sande bravely took a small sip from the flask.
