"I'm going to kill the two of you!" he bellowed, his voice echoing through the room.
For years, he had been the envy of everyone—rich, famous, and with the most beautiful girlfriend by his side.
His life had been perfect. Had been. Until now.
Reaching the bed, Robin lunged at Althea, his hand outstretched to grab her arm.
But that was all he managed to do—reach.

The sound of Althea's slap cracked like a thunderclap.
Robin's vision blurred as his head snapped to the side, and he stumbled backward, tripping over the edge of the bed and crashing to the floor.
Dazed, he clutched his stinging cheek, the unmistakable imprint of her hand already blossoming red against his skin.
When he looked up, his disbelief was palpable.
His mouth opened and closed like a fish out of water as he stared at Althea, who remained poised on the bed, her eyes blazing with resolve.
"I told you, Robin," she said, her voice cold and unyielding.
"I may still have some feelings for you, but they're nothing compared to what I feel for Ross. My love for him is immeasurable—something you could never hope to understand. So don't interfere with our first night together."
Her lips curved into a wicked smile, her tone softening into something dangerously sweet.
"Of course, you're free to watch. Maybe even play with yourselves. Not that it'll matter after tonight."
Her last words were a whisper, so quiet that only Ross could hear them.
He smirked, his dark eyes gleaming with satisfaction.
Althea knew him too well—better than anyone ever had—and every word from her lips was a testament to her devotion.
Robin staggered to his feet, his fists trembling with frustration and humiliation.
He opened his mouth to retort, but no words came out.

The scene was too magnetic, too surreal to interrupt.
One of their hands was also busy playing with their man tools. That never stopped at all.
Althea didn't spare Robin another glance.
She turned back to Ross, her hands sliding up his chest as she pressed her lips to his once more.

"Just give up, man," one of the cameramen quipped, breaking the suffocating silence.
His tone was casual, almost amused, as he adjusted the angle of his camera to better capture the scene.
"Althea's found herself a new daddy. And hey, you're famous and handsome—you'll bounce back. Beautiful girls are everywhere."
Robin's fists clenched at his sides, his knuckles whitening as he fought back the urge to lash out.
He wanted to scream, to punch something, to do anything to release the storm of emotions tearing him apart.
But he couldn't. He just couldn't.
"And watch where you're running next time, Robin!" the other cameraman chimed in, shooting him a scowl.
"You nearly ruined the greatest sex scandal of all time!"
Robin recognized the man as the one he had tripped over earlier in his blind rage.
The cameraman was already back to filming, his attention entirely on the bed, where Althea and Ross were completely absorbed in each other.
Robin's vision blurred as tears welled up in his eyes.
He blinked rapidly, trying to keep them at bay, but they spilled over, hot and unchecked.
He hated himself for crying, hated the weakness it showed.
But no matter how much he tried, he couldn't stop.
"Pathetic," he muttered under his breath, his voice barely audible.
He stood there, unmoving, as the scene played out before him like a grotesque theater of betrayal.
Althea's laughter rang out, soft and melodic, but it felt like a dagger to his chest.
She pressed herself closer to Ross, her movements fluid and uninhibited, every action a stark contrast to the modest, reserved woman Robin had known.
The love they had shared felt like a distant memory, a cruel illusion that had been ripped away to reveal the truth: she had never truly been his.
She belonged to Ross now, heart, body, and soul.
Robin's tears continued to fall as the realization sank in. He was no longer part of her world.

The cameramen continued their work, occasionally muttering to each other about angles and lighting, their indifference only deepening Robin's humiliation.
He wanted to yell at them, to demand they stop, but what was the point?
Nothing he said or did would change the outcome.
Defeated, Robin wiped at his eyes with the back of his hand, but the tears wouldn't stop.
In the end, Robin just stood there, watching helplessly as the scene unfolded before him.
He felt utterly impotent, powerless to do anything to change the situation.
