While other members were still looking over the Abyss Mission Series details and deep thoughts, Ace looked at Eva and communicated with her through their connection.
"You didn't know all the details of the Abyss Mission series before, did you?" He asked, as he knew how the system worked.
Eva replied with a hint of resentment in her eyes, "Yes, I was only supposed to give you general information about the Abyss of Wondering Souls during the house meeting, and only then will the true mission begin.
"Although I know that this mission will revolve around the Evernight Council. Ever since I entered the Abyss, my missions have been all about finding the most powerful force of the Abyss of Wandering Souls.
"Then, gathering information before finally infiltrating their ranks, whether through their branches or directly into their main headquarters. But now it seemed it was supposed to lead to this exact moment.
"No doubt, I'll reap the most rewards from these missions, but even with a single failure, everything will go down the drain." Eva's eyes shimmered with determination, "But no matter what, you must not select based on your feelings. You have just established your position as an equitable leader. You must listen to everyone and then decide. Whatever we'll end up choosing, I'm okay with it!"
Ace became silent as he looked at Eva with a hint of surprise, it was just as Eva had said, he was really planning on going with the easiest option without any intention of explaining to the House Members.
But just as Eva said, if he really goes through with it, then he just forgets about ever establishing a proper order in the Thief House. It'll be divided into factions, and everyone will make choices like Noa without even discussing it with him first. Eventually, someone will end up dead.
Ace sighed before he looked at the other members, most of whom were done. Zaria seemed in a daze, as she was still having a hard time believing that the Eternal Abysses were real and that she had even gotten a chance to enter them. She was again shocked by Thief House's capabilities, and the more she learned about it, the more mysterious it became.
At this moment, Ace spoke loudly, "Alright, everyone, I think you have all received the same introduction to the Abyss Mission Series, and it's all clear now how important this is to Eva.
"If we failed even once, all her progress she made in the said Abyss would be ruined, and she probably will have to descend to the next abyss to start over again or return to the Heavens, where she'll face numerous difficulties.

Ace then revealed the four routes, their overviews, how many members can participate with each difficulty, and the house function rewards. Although their individual rewards were hidden, Ace knew they'd be revealed either after they selected the mission route or they'd get at the end of the mission.
After hearing about the four routes and their overviews, Eva's eyes shimmered with a hint of realization while the other house members had their own thoughts.
At this moment, Alina speaks up first, "I think we should cross the Abyss difficulty route from the get-go. This route will put against this 'King Council,' and I'm pretty sure this King Council is hinting at those Abyssal Kings, meaning Ascension Kings! Right, Miss Abyssal Being?"
Eva looked at Alina's subtle smile filled with confidence and slightly narrowed eyes, but she still smiled and nodded. Zaria ignored Eva and Alina's 'banter' and remained on the topic, "I'm also in favor of ruling out this fourth route. Although I haven't seen an Ascension King personally, I've heard that Ascension Kings are natural calamities.
"They can collapse spaces with a flick of their fingers, capable of traveling millions of miles with a single step, and most terrifying of all, they can literally alter the laws. Not even a half-step king can fight a true king and probably die within seconds.
