Unice's PoV
It's already night, and I'm waiting for Ace at his office. He was busy doing some paperwork and calling some essential people who would help the toy company grow even more; I could see his dedication, the time was 7 p.m., and we didn't know where we were going to eat because I suggested a Korean restaurant. Still, I don't know if there's one near here in his company.
"Do you want to eat right now?" Ace asked me as he hung up the phone, and I looked at him.
"It's up to you whether you want to leave now, but if you have some important things to do, I don't mind waiting for you," I responded to him, and then I heard a knock, which prompted me to look at the door.
Max was the one who came in and approached Ace; I couldn't tell what they were talking about. Ace looked at me as I stood up from my seat.
"I'm done for the day. Let's go. Max found a nearby Korean Restaurant and reserved us a table," Ace said as I picked up my bag.
"All right, let's go," I exclaimed, and Ace stood up, closing his laptop and picking up his phone on the desk.
I followed Ace as we exited the office; I felt Ace hold my hand, so I looked at him as we walked. As we approached the elevator, Max waved as the door closed.
"Would you like to join my company tomorrow? But as my secretary only," Ace abruptly requested, and the elevator door opened, bringing us to the parking lot.
"I'm going to think about it. Right now, you can handle your work," I complained to him, and he didn't respond.
We approach his car; I get in and fasten my seat belt. Ace started the engine, and I felt the car move; we were heading to a nearby Korean restaurant, based on what Max said earlier.
We arrived at the Korean Restaurant later, and I looked around. I unbuckled my seat belt and went outside; there was a waiter in front of the entrance, Ace, and I approached him.
"Greetings, sir and madam! Have you made a reservation?" The waiter greeted us. Many people are having a good time in a Korean restaurant, and some will eat dinner.
"We have a reservation under Mr. Shelton's name." Ace boasted, and the waiter flipped through his reservation book.
"Found the name, sir. Follow me." The waiter directed us, and we followed him until we arrived at the seat Max had reserved for us.
"Call me if you have an order; all you have to do is push this button on the desk," The waiter pointed out. I was surprised to see a button that alerts the waiters when we have ordered or if orders are delayed.
Ace assured the waiter, "Thank you, we will do that."
"Pick the food you want, and I'll pay," Ace insisted as he handed me the menu, which I examined as I contemplated what to eat.
I noticed on the menu list three sets: A, B, and C. What piques my interest is the variety of foods in Set C, so I put down the menu and point it out, then poke Ace, so he notices.
"Have you made your decision yet? Do you want to try set c?" Ace questioned me and looked at what I pointed out.
"Would you like some drinks?" Ace inquired, and I'd like to drink a coda tonight.
"Is it okay if I have a soda tonight?" I asked him as he nodded and pressed the button on the table.
"It's fine as long as you're happy with what you want, but there will be limitations," Ace replied, and he was correct; he had changed and was no longer as strict as before.
The waiter arrived, and Ace recommended we would order the Set C and two sodas for ourselves and that the waiting time would begin. I noticed the light blinking, which indicated that our order was being processed; the Korean restaurant has an excellent ordering system.
"Thank you for choosing Tiger Korean Restaurant," the waiter said, and we just nodded. I picked up my phone and turned on the camera. I poke Ace again because he is using his phone and look at the camera; I saw how he smiled and captured it after he smiled.
"Send me that photo right now," Ace requested, and I laughed. After sending the photo to him, I saw him smile once more.
"I like how you're smiling now." I teased him, and he looked at me slowly.
"I'm smiling because I'm happy to be with you," Ace explained, and the two waiters arrived to bring us our food.
The set we chose included an all-you-can-eat buffet of samgeopsal, beef bulgogi, and a free one-liter bottle of their homemade ice tea.
We'll grill some thin meat here after the waiter places the food on the table. Ace thanked the waiter, and I started examining the meat on the grilling table. I could already smell it sizzling.
Our food was all laid out on the table; it was a lot, but a little bit of everything wouldn't hurt.
Salom belly, Seafood cheeseballs, Special Sausage, Teryaki beef roll, Kimbap, Kaarage Chicken, Tempura, and other means such as honey garlic beef were available.
We have sweet corn and carrots, yukjeom, japchae, Kimchi, steamed eggs, meat sauces, and the restaurant's soup of the day for the side dish.
"I'll also add for their unlimited cheesy sea scallops, which we can try," Ace said to the waiter, adding another order.
"Let us enjoy our dinner; let me help you cook it; after I cook it, you will eat first," Ace offered some assistance, and I simply nodded and let him cook the meat.
I picked up the lettuce and then the Kimchi, and I started eating because it was so good. And Ace had finished cooking six slices of meat, which he placed on my plate as we both enjoyed our time at the Korean restaurant.
After we finish our meal, I drink some of my soda and realize I'm full because the food here is so delicious. I notice Ace drinking his soda and grab my phone to take a picture of him drinking the soda.
"Why did you take a photo of me? Do you like the way I drink the coda from the can?" Ace inquired, and I just laughed.
"I like everything about you, even though you scared me when we first met," I told him as he picked up his wallet.
After an hour, we were both full because we had tried every single dish. However, some of the side dishes we did not finish, so I believe we would have them removed.
"I'm going to pay now, and for the side dishes that we didn't finish, let us take them out," Ace announced and pushed the button on the desk to summon the waiter, who arrived.
Ace paid for the food we ordered and the side dishes we didn't finish as it was being packed. We waited a few minutes before the waiter handed us the packed food we would take home.
He gave a large tip to the waiter, making him smile. After that, we stood up and prepared to leave. As we walked outside, I looked up at the sky and saw so many stars, and Ace tapped my shoulder as I burped.
"Would you like to gaze at the stars tonight?" Ace asked, and I shook my head because I knew we'll have sex, and he'll do a BDSM on me when we got home.
"Are you serious about BDSM?" Ace clarifies.
"I admit I miss the BDSM sex," I said honestly, and he smirked as I entered his car after he opened it with the remote.
Ace got in the car after I fastened my seat belt, started the engine, and we were on our way home. We arrived at the house, and I went out first, followed by Ace; he used the house key, and we entered as he opened the door.
I was genuinely surprised when he kissed me already, and I dropped my bag and the packed food because I couldn't let go of his kiss. After all, it was so good.
