Vinay introduced Abhiram as his best friend from 2.
He also introduced other people standing with their names Krishna, Akash, Vallika, and Madhuri.
I said, Hi and remained silent.
Vinay told me, "All of them are from the same group that means civil engineering department and there are my super seniors (3rd year)".
Abhiram extended his hand and said, "Welcome to our college".
I didn't like the way he spoke to me earlier. So I remained calm with no response.
I asked Vinay to come to my class as it was the first day of college.
And Vinay started walking along with me towards my classroom.
I asked him, "Why you are doing friendship to him".
Vinay was stopped for a second and looked differently at me.....
He asked me," whom you are talking about?"
That guy Abhiram Varma.
"Ohhhh Janu..., He is a very nice guy and...
I cut off his words in the middle and asked him. He was ragging me Vinay and you are giving a compliment to him...
Janu please listen to me, he is a very good guy and my bestie.
I heard a voice behind me...
“Don’t judge a book by its cover Jhanu..."
I turned back and saw it was that idiot Abhiram.
I was dumbfounded on seeing him.
I thought whether he heard our conservation.
Again he started speaking with me, Jhanu I was just teasing you don't think wrong about me.
Then I replied to him, "Don't call me Jhanu. My name is Jhanavi. Only my friends call me Jhanu. So we are not friends."
Abhiram arched his eyebrow and asked me," We are not friends!"
I said, "No".
I don't like you and you are just my super senior that's it.
"So you accept me as your super senior then write this record and submit within 5 days," said Abhi to me.
I stared angrily towards Vinay...
I said, “I don't write any record to you Abhiram"
Vinay stopped our fight in the middle.
"Jhanuuu...., Abhi and you are bestie. So, I don't want any misunderstanding between you both.
You go to class first, we can talk about it later.
Wait for me at parking after class" Vinay said
I went into the classroom.
I sat on the second bench. One girl joined beside me and introduced herself as Swomya.
We had a little chat and our class started immediately.
****Vinay POV
I don't know what happened between Jhanu and Abhi. But I have to solve their misunderstanding.
I went to Abhi and asked," What happened between them".
He explained everything in detail.
I said to him," Jhanu was tensed from yesterday about ragging and coeducation".
"Abhi please forgive her. " I asked him.
He hugged me and said I accepted her as my friend. Don’t worry about that matter....leave it yaar?
"Never apologize to me. We are friends and there will be no sorry and thank you between friends", said Abhi.
I nodded and gave a big smile.
I said to him, to take care of her as my group is computer science and our classroom was in another block.
Abhi said, " I will take care, meet you after class".

When all of our friends were waiting for Vinay in the morning and chatting.....
I saw a girl who was praying in the temple. I felt weird that who nowadays goes to Temple at college. So I want to know about that girl. As I don't know the name of hers.
I called her the color of her dress. When I called her, she didn't give any response to me. Afterward, she checked her dress's color and walked towards us. She was very tense and confused. She just bent her head and was standing silently.....
To break the silence, I said
Don't you have a manner to wish the seniors?
I didn't mean to hurt her. But I observed anger in her eyes.....
So I asked her name ...
She was so beautiful with a fair complexion with a mole on her upper lip. She looks traditional by her dress's sense with long hair. She was about 5'2 feet......
As she was angry her doe-like eyes even become bigger...
I forwarded my hand by saying my name but no positive response from her...
Then I saw Vinay walking towards us .....
Even though Vinay introduced me as his best friend...
She was glaring at me angrily and asked Vinay to show her classroom...
When I heard her words about me I felt sorry for my early behavior ...
I prepared to say sorry to her but she was not in a mood to talk with me instead she started fighting with me...As Vinay suggested us to talk about this later I went to class......

Our class was completed in the evening at 4. I introduced myself to my classmates in the classroom.
One girl introduced herself with her name Swomya.
"How I will go home?", She asked me.
"I will go with my cousin, Vinay" I replied to her.
She asked me, help them to come with her to the bus stop. I told her to come with me and both Vinu and I will drop at the bus stop.
She smiled at me and we both started walking towards the parking place
Suddenly four guys were walking towards us and surrounded us so that we both can't escape. I was feeling tense and my body started shivering.
They were asking for our details like name, class, address.
Among them, one guy asked me that he will drop me at my home. He wants to come with him.. ...
I don't know what was happening ...
I was praying to God how should we will escape from them...
I heard a voice behind d thought it would be Vinay...
But to my disappointment it was Abhiram.....
He asked that guy what they were doing with me and Swomya...
They said just asking for details as there were juniors...
He looked at me as I already tense and shivering.
He told don't bother us as we were friends with him...
I was shocked by his reply...
As I was fighting with him in the the the the morning still he was trying to help me...
But those guys were not believing with his words...
Then he told Swomya as his sister and me as friends...
" is it true?"He asked Swomya
" yes, Anna", she replied with a smile.
He extended his hand and asked, "we are friends, right?".
He came close to me and said in my ears to give my hand and say yes.
I extended my hand to him and said he was my friend...
Then that guy left us. I felt so relieved...
Abhi smiled at me and asked me, Really you accept me as a friend??
When I about to give him a reply ...
Vinay came to me
I introduced Swomya as my classmate and sister of Abhiram...
Vinay looked at me strangely...
I smiled and told him what happened with us and how Abhi helped us...
Then Vinay told me one big problem solved...
I looked at him and asked what big problem vinu??
Both best friends fight.....
I said don't worry about us vinu...
And asked Abhi, "we became friends right Abhi?"
I asked Abhi to help to drop Swomya at the bus stop as she is your sister right?? With a smile...e nodded his head with a smile...
****Jhanu POV********
We reached home after college. I saw my sister poorni and my granny waiting for us. As soon as I entered the house, poorniAkka( sis) started inquiry about the first-day experience in the college...
I too asked poor about her first day of college when she joined in B.sc( home science) 1 year back.....
When I was about to give a reply......
My granny interrupted her words, by saying to me to fresh up. When I got fresh, granny was waiting with a cup of tea and snacks in her hand.
I said, "Nani, I love you. you are the best."
She just smiled at me and gave me snacks and tea ...
As my parents and vinu parents died in a car accident in our childhood. My Nani took care of us as we never missed our parents.
Vinay's house and our house are adjacent and identical as my dad and his mom was brother and sister.
He used to stay with us from morning to evening, only he goes to his house at night to sleep.......
As it was the first day of college, I felt tired and want to take a nap for some time. I don't know when I fell asleep.
Again poor Akka came to my room to wake me for dinner......
It was almost 8.30 pm everyone was waiting for me at the dining table. poorni again asked me, " how was the first day of college?"
Both vinu and I looked at each other and vinu laughed at once which made me angry. He started explaining what happened in the college, fighting between me and Abhi.....
Granny was listening to our whole conservation and said me to be careful in the college. I just nodded my head and completed my dinner.
Poorni,vinu, and I spent one hour chatting with each other...
Vinay said Good night to us as he was sleepy and told me to get ready in time tomorrow morning......
