The ritual of "Hell Reconstruction" is not conducted in the Preaching Room,
it requires following Mr. Hook to the depths of the Punishment Room, to a place known as the "Deep Red Cellar."
A special elevator is needed to descend to the innermost depths of the Punishment Room.
Even Luo Di had never been there, not to mention even knowing of its existence.
During the descent, Luo Di could just take the opportunity to consult about an issue. It was also another reason for seeking out Mr. Hook— to explain his unusual spine resonance at Border City Prison.
"Despite cutting off consciousness transmission, there was a strong spine resonance at that place?
Could it be that you have discovered a World Anchor similar to mine there? The structure of that prison is very similar to a certain location at the Spine Base Camp.
If that is truly the case, your world might be in danger.
I remember I’ve mentioned this before~ The Spines won’t behave like I do. Once they discover such World Anchors, they will likely transform them into portals within a few years.
At that point, a great army would land in your world, and what happens next need not be elaborated by me, right?

Luo Di had the same speculation, but worrying now was meaningless. Strengthening himself was the most urgent task at hand.
The elevator descended nearly three hundred meters before arriving at the so-called "Deep Red Cellar."
The space here was huge,
making Luo Di feel utterly shrunken as if he had entered a land of giants, with human proportions completely out of sync with the surroundings.
A cylindrical space with deep red as the main theme,
there are numerous pipe outlets on the walls, connected to each cell that holds the suffering sinners.
A large amount of "materials" were transported down through the pipes, accumulated below, coming from the body parts of the punished — limbs, overgrown organs, wings, tails, and other body tissues.
Most of the Hell Sinners confined in the Punishment Room wouldn’t last until the end; over 99% would die completely during their punishment.
But their body parts might hold up, and once a sinner died, their usable limbs would be stripped and collected here through transportation pipes.
Collectively known as "Painful Material."
These materials typically have three uses.
1. "Metallurgy" - A huge smelting furnace is set here, where the lowest grade, incomplete Painful Materials would be sent in large batches to the furnace.
Through a great deal of stacking, ultimately a Hell Item belonging to the sequence group is smelted out, which is the same wire Mr. Hook had once implanted into Luo Di.
Typically, tens of tons of punished material is needed to produce a gram of pure Hell Item.

Limbs that can withstand the piercing of hooks would be sent according to Hook’s "biological blueprint" to the Deep Red Cellar center in a specific proportion and placed on the huge Hell Refining Array.
Controlled personally by Hook, a Bitter Beast capable of defending the Punishment Room is created, also known as a Bitter Beast.
3. "Purification" - For the very few high-quality limbs that can endure a great deal of suffering, they are separated out by different types.
Hands are grouped with hands, feet with feet.
Similarly, relying on the Hell Refining Array, dozens of the same type of premium materials could be purified to produce a "Perfect Limb."
Hearing Mr. Hook’s introduction about the subterranean chamber, Luo Di couldn’t help but glance at his own "Punishment Room Left Arm" which he had used up and cherished.
"Mr. Hook, could my left arm possibly be?"
"Purified from twenty-seven human-like premium arms, and it was operated by me personally. The value of this arm in the True Hell would require it to be auctioned as a treasure even at a large-scale auction.
Not only is it perfect in itself, but it also possesses very high growth characteristics.

"This pituitary gland is different from Miss Wu’s. She had already endured profound suffering in the Punishment Room during her lifetime. Using these materials should not produce significant rejection reactions,
and might directly allow for reconstruction of the whole body; there’s even a chance that her consciousness could be restored."
Hook returned, carrying more than a dozen different styles of limbs and torsos, as well as several types of heads.
These materials were piled up in the center of the Hell Refining Array,
with Hook and Luo Di each standing on one side, supporting themselves on the ground with their hands, placing their palms within the array’s rings.
As the array was activated,
The metallic spine on Luo Di’s back was stirred, and strands of metallic wire extended from his spine to the front tips of his arms, burrowing out from his palms and connecting with the boundary of the array.
"Do you feel it? You should be connected to the array by now, right?"
"You don’t have to think about how to construct or how to resurrect. I’ll handle all of that.
You’re just an assistant. You only need to make adjustments to the details during the reconstruction process, or infuse traits such as subservience into the reanimated individual’s body."
"Then let’s begin~ As long as we preserve important brain organs like the pituitary gland, the reconstruction process is not too difficult."
The array was triggered.
The limbs piled up at the center began to smoke and melt, turning into a bubbling pool of blood.
the white substance representing bone began to construct, forming the most basic framework of a human body. At the very top, the skull structure wrapped around the balloon-like pituitary gland.
"The first step is to establish the framework. You could also intervene at this stage, by integrating Painful Iron Chains into the bones. With that, suffering will accompany this person for life.
She will be in constant pain no matter where she is, and the intensity of the pain can be controlled at your will."
Seeing that Luo Di made no move, Mr. Hook proceeded to the next step.
The ground-up, condensed flesh climbed along the framework, and bits of muscle tissue, organs, skin, and so forth all formed in this process.
"The second step, flesh and blood shaping.
Certain crucial parts need to be stitched and reinforced with metallic wires. If the individual cannot bear the suffering contained within the wires, this step will become unstable and eventually collapse.
Miss Wu couldn’t bear this step before and disintegrated, ultimately only leaving behind an incomplete head.

If you want to modify this person’s body in any way, such as adding an inextricable pet chain around the neck, or secret structures with hooks or the like, now is the time to take action."
Seeing that Luo Di remained indifferent, Hook initiated the third step.
The liquefied flesh and thick blood moved upward, the most refined white substance wriggling like earthworms emerging from the soil.
The white substance eventually reached the skull, where it formed the brain under the guidance of intricate hooks.
"The third step is the most important and the hardest. Miss Wu experienced severe rejection at this stage before, causing her consciousness to be muddled and unawake.
However, the adaptability of this pituitary gland is very good~ I might even say excellent. It seems she endured Hell’s torture for a long time before her death, at least more than ten days.

a metallic wire uniquely belonging to Luo Di spread over from the array,
this wire was extremely flexible, not like the wires from the Punishment Room, and it also had a gray metallic luster on its surface.
The soft, tendril-like wire reached the brain area to assist in its construction, blending the gray color into it.
As the initiator of the flesh reconstruction, Hook immediately sensed the infusion of this gray substance. This material, not of Hell’s own, further reduced the rejection, and also deeply invaded the individual’s brain.
