Nascent Soul experts did not mean a lot in a giant empire like the Great Sky Empire, but Domain Lords were worth a lot and even the weakest Domain Lord was precious to the Great Sky Empire.
Thinking about it, Xuan Hao felt like his strength was still too low in the world. Maybe he was strong in the Heavenly Sky Kingdom, but what about outside of it? At most he could be considered decent, as for being able to freely travel through the Ewaria continent, he would first have to reach the Domain Lord Realm.
