An entire night passed away just quietly meditating and improving his cultivation. After all, although the system helped him breakthrough, it did not mean he could not breakthrough by himself anymore.
Cultivating was mostly about absorbing and refining the energy between the heaven and earth, this energy was called qi. As you absorbed and continued to refine more and more qi, you would get stronger and stronger until you finally reached the peak of the Qi Condensation Realm.
To breakthrough and reach the Foundation Establishment Realm, you would have to use the qi you gathered inside your dantian to form a pillar made of condensed qi inside your dantian. From here you continued to condense pillars, until having condensed a total of 9 pillars inside your dantian, reaching the peak of the Foundation Establishment Realm.
Next was the Core Formation Realm where you form a core inside your body. To reach this realm, you had to first have a stable foundation before you could begin to form the golden core inside your body.
Nascent Soul was almost unimaginable for most people and to reach this realm, one had to develop his own Divine Sense, before breaking the golden core and giving birth to the Nascent Soul.
Xuan Hao's divine sense had just expanded yesterday, and his Nascent Soul strengthened, causing his entire body to strengthen even further as well.
Divine Sense itself was not just the ability to see and hear everything within a large radius, but instead allowed a cultivator to have an initial control over the energy between the heaven and earth.
It was rumoured that someone who reached the King Realm could fully control the power between the heaven and earth to create a domain, thereby allowing them to easily destroy a kingdom like the Heavenly Sky Kingdom.
That was also why some called the King Realm the Domain Lord Realm instead of the King Realm.
As for the Emperor Realm? Xuan Hao had no clue what was required in order to breakthrough into that realm for now.
"Master, when will we begin the training today?"
Just as Xuan Hao was about to begin cultivating again like he was used to doing, a voice came from outside his room.
"We will begin after breakfast, just go to the dining hall and meet me in front of the pavilion when you are finished."
As Qing Yi had just gotten up from bed before hurrying to the front of her master's room under the excitement of getting to start training, she completely forgot how hungry she was at the moment.
Acknowledging what her master said, Qing Yi quickly made her way out of her master's pavilion and headed down the peak it was situated on and entered the main path going through the sect.
The path was fairly simple, just being made of simple stones that could be found everywhere.
Qing Yi had honestly expected the Flying Sword Sect to look way more majestic than it did. Simple stone paths, simple houses for the disciples. The only majestic thing in the sect was the pavilions for the elders and gathering halls.
A good example would be the giant dining hall that appeared in front of Qing Yi as she opened her mouth in awe over the huge building in front of her.
"First time visiting the dining hall?"
A voice suddenly came from behind Qing Yi, catching her by surprise as she let out a small yelp of surprise.
"Ah, didn't mean to surprise you. The name is Shihan, Zeng Shihan, a disciple of the Flying Sword Sect, just like you! I saw that you were spacing out in front of the dining hall, so I thought you were one of the new disciples. After all, most of them ends up spacing out when they see the dining hall for the first time. Just look over there."
Saying so, the girl pointed to the side of Qing Yi, where a group of disciples all had their mouths open. Looking in awe and respect at the giant dining hall.

Contemplating about whether to agree or not, Qing Yi decided it would be a good idea for her to make some friends.
Back home, she had always kept to herself and spent almost all of her time on cultivating. The idea of making a friend or at least an acquaintance sounded quite tempting to her, who had no friends whatsoever at the age of 15.
Zeng Shihan was also happy that she managed to find a friend so easily, she was honestly quite nervous inside as she had already tried to chat with a few other girls from the sect but had failed every single time.
Success truly came at an unexpected time, Zeng Shihan started to talk to Qing Yi about all the things happening in the sect at the moment. Not forgetting to show Qing Yi how to get food from the cranky elders manning the dining hall.
The elders who manned the dining hall was less than pleased, they could not leave the disciples outside supervision as some of them were only 12 or so years old.
The job of helping in the dining hall had slowly evolved over time, from the elders just watching over the disciples, to them being forced to help out the kitchen staff.
Zeng Shihan told about a few elders who in the past had tried to escape the duty of helping out in the kitchen, in the end, those elders kept getting the "wrong" food delivered to their pavilion. From swapping out a good steak with a few carrots on a stick to "forgetting" the order or the order being "lost" on the way to the kitchen.
Qing Yi got a good laugh about it and also learned that only the core elders, like her master, could get their own personal kitchen staff. The pavilion of Inner and Outer elders was too small to house kitchen staff, cleaning staff, disciples and so on. The elders could expand their pavilion, but that was way too expensive for most of them.
Time slowly passed and with a promise to meet up again sometime in the future, Zeng Shihan and Qing Yi passed ways in front of the dinning hall.
