Feng Wuyang returned indoors, instructing the Tai Monarch to project the sand table model.
Then he outlined two battle lines, one heading west, the other east.
"Based on the previous major expansions, it’s roughly judged that the Lord of Gluttony is enveloped at the center of the earth’s core. Its juvenile form spans approximately 530 million square kilometers, from Central City to the farthest Western Barrier City.

"I plan to deploy 150,000 on the western front, 200,000 on the eastern front, with only nineteen ’Soldier Level’ Divine Machines for sweeping and advancing.
I simulated this four times! This is the closest to offering the Lord of Gluttony the satisfying ’sacrifice’, to open its eyes!"
The Tai Monarch really wished he were human, and a deaf one at that.
Looking at this Planet Governor, dubbed the least ambitious new star among Heng Province governors, the Tai Monarch said expressionlessly:
"Lord Governor, you know if these words are made public, you’ll be warned by the Judicial Court. Even as a Planet Governor, you’ll be put on the ’supervision list’ for calling Dongxia citizens ’sacrifices’ and for initiating warfare to complete a ’sacrificial act’.
These actions are typical of the Chaos faction. New Dongxia has zero tolerance for this."
Feng Wuyang nodded, looking relaxed.
"Lord Governor, do you know that as a conscious active entity cultivated by the original code, I also somewhat act as a third-party ’supervisor’? I meticulously record every order issued by each governor."
The Tai Monarch continued.
"For example, Governor Lin was blemished for tacitly allowing Qin Shouge’s participation in unethical illegal experiments and did not retire perfectly.
And this matter, I reported it to the Imperial Capital’s center."
Feng Wuyang raised an eyebrow but still had a smile lingering at the corners of his mouth.
"Ah Tai, are you saying so much to make me retract my previous words? But as a logic-governed active consciousness, recording every word and deed of the Planet Governor is your duty.
If I say I retract, are you willing to delete this ’archive’ that should be preserved?"

"All consciousness entities nurtured by the original code are governed by foundational logic. I am no exception.
But you can order me to delete it; Lord Governor, you have this authority."
The Tai Monarch said through gritted teeth, helplessly.
"Did you remind Governor Lin?"
Feng Wuyang continued to challenge the limits.
"No, Governor Lin didn’t care.
Also, I’m explicitly notifying you that I will truthfully report your words and actions to the Judicial Court."
Unable to endure the "torment" any longer, the Tai Monarch finally said with a livid face.
