The silver-haired elder is the Planet Governor of Heng Province, Feng Wuyou.

"Currently, New Dongxia is powerless against the Star Gods. Even the Dongxia Empire, which has spread the flame of civilization across the galaxy, has yet to find a way to end this.

"Ah Tai, as the oldest presence in Heng Province’s New Star, you should know my predecessors, who occupied this position all considered resolving the infant stage of the Lord of Gluttony, allowing Heng Province to return to the fast track of development.
I remember a predecessor even proposed a very bold idea and collaborated with the Qin Family."
