If someone ask Sagar 'blissful moment'? He would say now.
As Anvitha lay her head on top of his heart which is crazily beating for her and his arms dropped around her torso tightly.
He felt like he is in heaven with her in his arms.... shielding her from this world.
He had slept hugging her before but this moment he felt bliss as her arms wound tightly around him, snuggling to him even more if possible. The contentment of being reciprocated is next level to bliss. Even if it's just a hug, it felt good.
Sighing in content, he pulled her to himself and closed his eyes to catch sleep for some more time even though his company is calling for him. But he doesn't want to end this moment so soon.
Upon feeling suffocation, Anvitha squirmed to ease but it only tightened. She opened her eyes lazily and took in her surrounding. Her sleep couldn't leave her off. She shook her head to shoo off the sleep but she was failing miserably. She dropped her head back to the warm but hard comforter which is too comfy to neglect it. She blinked her eyes several times to take off the sleep from her in that process her eyes caught bulged arms. She frowned in confusion. She raised her head in half sleepy eyes to look at the intruder to find her most handsome husband sleeping peacefully.
He look cute....
She smiled awwing at him. Freeing her hand from his tight grip , she squeezed his cheek cupping them.
Sagar felt his heart would give up the fact that he is awake as it's beating wildly against her face.
"How can you be so handsome even in my dreams? Hmm? " she said placing her chin on his bare chest making kissy lips. When her chin made in contact with his bare skin he felt his hormone explode within him.
All the while he had to control from kissing the hell out of her. And that did him.
Holding her head securely in his hand he turned in a way her back was to the bed and he was on top of her.
Sleep flew out of the window as soon as she saw Sagar on top of her. Her eyes went wide looking at his bare chest and their proximity. She bit her lips in nervousness.
The last straw to stop himself from not kissing her broke when she bit her lips. Like a hungry beat he bent down to taste those cherry but came in contact with soft cotton.... her cheek. He groaned in anger and frustration but that didn't stop him. He kissed her cheek to let out his frustration hardly making her squeeze her eyes. Her lips trembled at his sudden intimacy.
Sagar pulled himself off her to have a loo at her. Her rosy cheek, trembling lips and those eyes squeezed and blazing heart... she looked more inviting to him but he has to control for the sake of their building relationship.
He cannot take her ignoring self. He can stay keeping his hands to himself for life long for her smile towards him.
He scowled lowly and placed his forehead on hers to calm down the emotions evoked within him. Anvitha opened her eyes when she felt his forehead on hers. She regret for rejecting his kiss looking at his pained face. She was in the verge of crying...reason unknown. She never wanted to disappoint him but looking at his face she got an image of how good she screwed up the relationship they built yesterday. She really liked his company and presence around her. She doesn't want to go back to the square. Before she could open her mouth he was gone. She felt like did some grave mistake and she wanted to rectify it.
Getting out of the bed she paced thinking on how to talk and what to talk. She couldn't find a sentence. Groaning she pulled her hair in frustration. She was pulled out of her little stunt by the click sound of closet door.
Sagar had given himself a pep-talk in bathroom to not to spoil their fragile bond which he is trying to make strong. He didn't spare a glance at her and rushed out of the room giving her 'space'.
The way he literally ran out of the room had her misunderstanding that he is angry at her. She slumped on the bed sulking.
"Good morning Anvi Dear, Come let's get you ready for Diwali party" her MIL entered the room. She was about to reject her MIL as she doesn't fancy grooming but she remembered their encounter. She for once wanted to dress up for him....to his liking.... to make him happy. Anvitha nodded her head surprising her MIL. Swati shouldn't be told the reason behind as she was past these stage. Swati shot a teasing smile towards Anvitha making her blush. Guiding the beauticians to make Anvitha look more beautiful she left the room not before kissing Anvitha's forehead.
Standing in front of mirror Anvitha started at the completely opposite girl ...nah nah women. Her brown eyes now shone even more brighter than before with those lens.... her pale cheek had a glow making it look like natural blush... her pink lips painted with red lipstick making it look more eye-catching...stand out. Her long hair curled at the end giving a different vibe. Red saree covered her at perfect place showing the curves making self conscious. Her deep blouse showing lot of skin to her not liking. She got ready upto his liking leaving her comfortable cocoon.

She chanted in her head like mantra and took a deep breath to calm her skyrocketed nerves.
With trembling hands and fumbling legs she moved out of the her protective room to the party venue.
Only for him....
As soon as I entered every eyes turned towards her including Sagar's. She stood rooted fearing to step front under those calculative and menacing glares of others.
When her eyes held Sagar's she visibly relaxed. His eyes shone with happiness and adoration with a tinge of lust. His eyes moved from her face to her whole form making her nervous and giddy. She bent her head shying as he never stopped feasting her with his eyes amidst of crowd. With long steps he was in front of her too close to her liking.
To him among those people Anvitha looked the most gorgeous woman... his woman...
He never bothered to spare a glance at others here he couldn't tear his gaze from her enchanting form. He was already missing those beautiful brown orbs which searched for him. His heart picked it's rhythm when he completely checked her. She looked like a doll ...fragile one dropped in red saree creating havoc in his heart... When her eyes landed on his the way her body relaxed, he felt something trigger in his heart. He had this urge to embrace in his arm and never let her go. In few steps he was in front of her shielding from other eyes especially men as he could see them checking her. His blood boiled looking at them. For once he felt proud of her choice of cloths as it was always covered leaving no chance for others to have look at her skin. He felt proud of her. She is perfect in every sense. From her handling situations to treating people equally. From her behaviour to dressing sense...everything is pulling her towards him.
He won't lie if he started falling in love with her. To him she is his world. It could be seen in his eyes.
As they stood in crowd stating at each other forgetting the surrounding in their own world, Anvitha felt a strong emotion swilling in his eyes which she couldn't point out. His intensified stare ran a shiver down her. When it was too much to take it she averted her eyes to look at her surrounding but regretted the very next moment as their stare scared her and her confidence dropped down as soon as her gaze left his.
Looking are her nervousness, Sagar draped his arms around her waist to give the strength and assure her 'he is here'. This gesture caused butterfly to dance in her stomach. She tried to free his arm from her waist as he was holding her bare waist but every time she try he only tightened making her shy. She didn't regret at all for wearing his choice of cloths. Looking at his heart popping out of eyes every minute he checkout made her think like this.
The evening went smoothing with her glued to him all the time. He introduced her to his business partners and his old friends. Kishore didn't leave a minute to tease Anvitha making her embarrassed to red. Parents of the couple were happy seeing their children all smile.
In this choas, she forgot her brother karan who made a grand entry with his girlfriend introducing officially to the world making her ground below split open.
