I clenched my fist, and bang the table.

“Rix! What are you doing with the table? Don't take out your anger on the furniture or you'll pay for it,” said Charis, struggling to keep out her laugh, while exchanging laughs and gazes with Harley.
“Are you crazy? I'm not furious! Who would make me furious? It’s out of my league and you know that," I said but my brows are still standing ruffled, not bothering to straighten it up.
Charis tapped my shoulder, and still teasing me!

“Really, that wasn't my priority right now,” I defended. “If you guys think I like him, you're wrong!”
I walked away and served drinks and foods that had been given to me.

His dad didn't ask any questions again, and just continued driving until we were in front of the national library.
No one is coming here often because it's a digital world already, no one Is dying to borrow books.
"Wait here," he said, clearly, firmly, and hard.
It's been hours, and still no news when he will finish.
