It's another day and I have no idea of where to go to today, all I know is I won't be staying all day at home.
I could not sleep well last night, the images of Madison crying kept flashing back in my head and it was really hurting.
Hurting that I was the one who hurt her, I'm not just growing to become more matured, I'm growing to become a madman.
I rolled to the other side of my bed and groaned loudly as I pulled my pillow more closer to myself.
"Zach, this woman is right about you. You're into her already" I said to myself and slapped my head.
I don't know how she did it but Madison would be the first woman to keep roaming around in my thoughts.
When I wake up, she's the first person I think of.
Before going to bed, I think of her and the thought of her being with someone else right now is making me sick.
Madison guts is really annoying me but what can I do.
I lazily rolled again to the other side of my bed then sat up to stare at the wall before blankly.
"Great, now I look like I'm insane" I mutter.
I heard a knock on the door immediately and released a heavy sigh.
What now….
"And who's it?" I replied pulling the duvet over my body to my chest.
"It's me…Zane, your one and only Lil bro" Zane replied and I slapped my forehead.
"You finally called yourself Lil bro, come in" I replied with a low laugh.
I could hear the sound of the doors open and footsteps in, "Eh.. I still want to ask, what's wrong with you?" He asked me.
I pulled my hands down my eyes and turned to look at him with a carved brow.
"What do you mean?" I replied
"You know what I mean, ever since you came back home yesterday you've been indoors, you went to your office, and then you locked yourself up in your room till this morning. Did you perhaps see someone or see something?" He shrugged as he walked to my bed to sit beside me.
He's right, I've been off and that's not me.
"Like I said, I am fine Zane" i replied with a shrug and leaned my back against my pillow at my back.
He didn't take his eyes off me, his facial expression showed he was waiting for a reply.
"Well, Adrian told me you met a woman some night at the bar" he replied and folded his lips in.
"Adrian what??" I exclaimed.
"Is she the same woman that's driving you crazy?" He replied ignoring my question.
I rolled my eyes and let my head fall low "no one's driving me crazy kid, I'm just being stressed out" I replied and clicked my tongue.
"I am not a kid bro, I can see that and yeah, I knew you were gonna deny it. Madison right? The Doctor." He smiled and i looked at him suspiciously.
"Well, good luck pursuing her. If you want her then go for her before she slips away, there are other motherf*ckers chasing her young man" he replied with a sigh and got up from my bed.
Zane did one stupid thing, something he has never done with me.
He tapped my shoulders and turned to leave.
"Okay, now I feel like the Lil bro here" I muttered and hear him chuckle
" Yeah you are now, you're becoming a man brother?!" He laughed out before he finally left my room.
I laughed lowly and fell back to my bed with a heavy sigh. " I guess I have to go see Madison now"
Madison POV
I am not going to the hospital today, Doctor Melvin had asked me to take a break today.
I really need it. So I am gonna spend my day in my house, rest, eat, read and do whatever I can today.
I rolled down my bed and fell to the ground with a heavy thud.
"Arrgh!" I yelped
"I didn't want this actually" I hissed and pulled myself up from the floor to head into bathroom to wash up.
I tucked my feet into my bunny ears flip flops then strolled into my bathroom.
I'm standing before my mirror "That's it Madison, this is your competition" I pointed at myself in the mirror and chuckled after that.
My smile vanishes the moment I see some bruises on my neck. I know how that stupid mark got there and it's from Zach.
It's red and it hurts a little.
"You bastard!" I hissed then went to grab my toothbrush, put some paste on it then began brushing my teeth.
I called Krystal last night to come over today, I hope she will. I don't want to start my day without seeing or hearing her voice.
I can't, not after seeing the stupid bruises on my neck.
About 7 minutes later, I walked out of the bathroom after brushing and washing my face. Next thing is to get myself a cup of coffee to start the day.
I walked down the stairs to the kitchen in my purple lingerie and purple bunny ears flip flops. I stepped into the kitchen and walked straight to the coffee maker but then I heard the door bell.
"Krystal!" I squealed happily and kept back thr cup of coffee then walked out of the kitchen.
"I'm coming baby" I said out hearing the door bell again.
She really came late than I expected, it's 10am already. I untied my hair prepared to see Krystal's face, instead I see Zach standing before me looking manly as always.
"Wow, it's a good look on you" he gave a side grin referring to my lingerie.
"Though I'd have preferred it on my bedroom floor" he whispers into my ear and walked past me into my house.
"First, I never welcomed you in. And secondly, I wouldn't have worn this if I know you were coming" I replied and shut the door close.
I'm about to ask him how he knew my house address but then I remember he is a Mafia boss, I am not to expect anything less.
" What do you want again? Have you come to choke me again huh??" I asked folding my arms.

" Have you come to choke me again?" Those words were like pin piercing through my heart.
I hurt her, I clearly did.
The look in her eyes showed she was pained and I am the reason.
I have never apologized to anyone, never. It's something I've never known how to and even taught how to. I've never felt the need to apologize to anyone.
"I'm sorry" I look at her straight in her eyes.
"I'm really hot tempered, I've got anger issues, and I am still trying to control it. You got under my skin yesterday. I'm sorry Madison"
