After sometime, I decided to go back to where my older brother was.
“Oh where's Xy? She was with you, wasn't she?” he asked me.
'If I know he just really wants to see Naddy all the time'
Dwyne's question was easy, but I couldn't able to answer it. I don't know how tp say it. It's my fault, Naddy remembered her past again. Damn this filthy mouth of mine!
If not because of this stupid mouth, Nadt won't remember her past again, for the meantime!
“Ahm, Hilary? Where's Xyna?” Dwyne asked again so I came back to my senses. I shook my head to erase the thought.
I pointed him the hotel. “N-Naddy went up their room, she said she'll just rest. And she also said that she won't eat dinner because she's still full” I explained. I feel so guilty! I know Naddy is starving, but I think she lost her appetite because I asked about her past.
If only I hadn't asked her about her childhood, the she wouldn't lose her appetite.
I must really learn how to shut my mouth! Because of this fucking curiousity, I asked her about her past! Even if it's obvious that she don't want to talk about it. Damn this!
I must apologize to Naddy!
“How could it be? Her last meal was this noon. She didn't eat her snack, too. How come that she didn't feel any hunger?” older brother asked in astonishment. I give him a wry smile.
“It wasn't because of you, don't you?” he looked at me suspiciously. Oh no! Dwyne noticed.
I forced to smile and speak. “W-What are you saying, brother? Of course not! And why are you asking us about Naddy?! Are we her?” I sarcastically said trying to not be notice even more.
He just scratched his neck. “Because you always get together with Xy, there you were and adapted her persona!” he said annoyingly. We all laughed except Era.
She looked at me with a meaningful look. At first I didn’t understand it but, later I understood as well.
'Did something happen?'
I just nodded, she smiled sweetly at me.
‘Aww, Era really looks like an angel! '
“Ahm, guys, I'm just going to our room for a while. I'll just talk to my with” Era said.
“All right” they all said except me who didn't speak. Is Nadt feeling okay now? I hope she doesn't cry anymore.

I'm jusst lying here in my bed right now. I’m not really in the mood to get up yet.
I also stopped crying earlier. I'm fine. I just really don't want to get up first, it's boring. I also felt drained.

I remember when I sang that on stage when we were in high school. I am 15. And I already changed that time. The person they've known changed into a totally different person.

“MISS Xyna, you'll be the next one to sing” Miss Ricablanca reminded me.
“I know, ma'am.” I said and mentally rolled my eyes.
It's really my classmate's fault. She put my name on the list for this singing battle, tsk!
Fucker! One I saw that skinny bitch again I will make her pay! I'm really going to break his bones, stupid!

You belong with me” ends the song of one of the women I hate— Deity.
Actually, the 3 of them are all my opponents. Crazy right? I must say, they all have a beautiful voices but it didn't reflect to their attitude.
They haven’t heard my voice when singing yet, so that’s up to you. I will do everything to win here, especially since I found out that Deity was actually the one who planned this, she threatened one of my classmate to wrote my name on the list of contestants on this shitty singing battle.
It only means one thing. THEY WANT ME TO FIGHT THEM IN THIS SINGING BATTLE. They thought I couldn't sing, because I always refused.
“And now, contestant number 12! Miss Xiera Devon Alegre”
The hell ?! What is this pageant? And wait — what did he say? XIERA Devon Alegre?! Son of—
'Calm down, Xyna. Calm dpwm. Don't hit that guy. You know he's old so he maybe forgot it'
When I calmed myself down, I finally came out of the backstage and picked up the microphone handed to me by the MC.
“Excuse me, just a correction. It's XYNA Devon Alegre, not XIERA” I said still trying to cam myself dowm. The students and other teachers laughed.
The old mc scratched his head.
“Okay, pardon me. Now, start singing”
Tss, okay. If he say so. But, before I started I even heard the ‘boo-ing’ of the students here.

The people around fell silent as I began to sing. Now they're starstruck? Even though I jave a bad persona, doesn't mean I don't have any talent, duh!
As of you know, I have this strong and powerful voice. But, I rarely let anyone hear me sing. And this day is the one of that rare day.

Why did I chose to sing this? I just want to tell them all that, even if they try to destroy me. I will rise and rise from the fall.

And for my old friends. That even if they deceived me, I would never fall. I will never kneel before them. And most of all, I will never look miserable in front of them.

When I finished the song people immediately shouted and screamed.
But, it doesn't really made me happy. It's no big deal.
The singing battle continued until we were in the finals.
The three of us was left and sang again to see who deserved to be the winner.
If you ask who's left. None other than me, Deity, and Arriane.
Later my name was called. They said there is no need to sing the whole of it.
I went on stage again. What I will sing now is 'Everybody's Fool By Evanescence'. This song is for those fuckers (ex-bestfriend).
