LIKE what Dwyne said, he really went to the taping and watched 'til it ends.
I walked towards his direction while arching my eyebrows because I just saw him smiling so widely like a madman. What is going on with this man?
“Let's have lunch at the mall” he said.
“No, not today. I'll go home. Today's Agatha's flight. I promised to send her to the airport. You can eat by yourself you know” I said.
“Oh, your personal assistant, you mean? Where is she going?” he asked.
“Wisconsin. She'll gp there for some personal reasons that you don't need to know” I explained.
“Can I come with you?” he asked. My forehead creased.
“And why is that?”
“Nothing! I just want to come along,” he defended.
“Ok, fine. You'll come with your car?” I asked him.
“No. Let's just go through that, after. I'll ride with you, so we can get there faster.” I nodded as an approval.
I got into the driver's seat and he, was in the passenger seat, and then I quickly start the car. I'm in a hurry because it's 11:40 a.m
“So fast! Are we chasing someone or something, Xy? We look like we're in some kind of a race! Please slow down a bit” he complained. I just rolled my eyes.
“We can't get in my immediately, if we slow down! Agatha's flight is on one and it's already eleven forty!” I responded annoyingly to his complaint.
With that said, he stop complaining and shut his mouth. Good!
After a few minutes, we finally reached our destination. “Oh, you're finally here, Xy! And oohh, you have someone with you” she said when she noticed Dwyne behind me.
She smiled. “Hello, Mr. Harrison!”
“Hello, Agatha. No need to be formal, just call me Dwyne” he said politely.
“Oh, all right haha!”
“Come on now! If we stay here for a while, you might get late on your flight. The airport's far from here. We might get atleast 1 hour to get there. So we need to hurry” I said.
“Buf, you haven't eaten yet, have you? Aren't you hungry?” she asked worriedly.
“Don't mind us. We'll eat after” I said.
“Ok if you say so! By the way, don't bother to order later. I already cooked some Tinola” I nodded.
“Leg'go” they nodded and followed me.
Dwyne insisted to carry her luggage and put it in the back.
We got in my car. Agatha was in the backseat and Dwyne was in the passenger seat again.
I started the engine and immediately drove fast.
“Slow down a bit, Xy! We looked like we're chasing some criminals here! We might call the enforcers attention!” Agatha shouted as she clung to her seat.
Tss, why are they complaining? Agatha and Dwyne really looked a like. What I mean is they looked very alike on their personality. Always complaining, noisy, lack of common sense, irritating, and they LOVES TO POUT!
I let out an exasperated groan.
“You'll be late on your flight if I slow down!”
To my annoyance, I slowed down the speed of the car very much, that we looked like we're in a traffic even though we're not.
They're irritating! I speed it up so that we can reach the airport before the said time, but then she complains.
“Hey, not that slow! We can't get there on time with that speed. I'm gonna be late!” she struggled.
I glared at her. “What is it really? I'm so close on banging your head in the compartment, Agatha! Slow down or speed up?!” I said while holding back my temper. I can't hold it any longer! I have anger issues you know.
She suddenly pouts again. “Don't get high blood, Xy. Take care of your heart while we're still young, hehe. I don't want to go fast because I felt like I was going to throw up, but then I have no choice. Fast speed!” she said. I sped up the car again, until a few minutes later we reached NAIA terminal 1.
When I looked at my wristwatch, it's already 12:29 p.m
“There we already sent you, safe and sound. So now, we're leaving.”
“I'm going to miss you, Xy! I hope when I come back here you're still alive and kicking. I can't text you nor call you because there's no signal there unless I go up to the mountain," she said and giggled.
“Don't worry I won't miss you so there's no reason to call you,” I smirked when she made a face.
But the truth is I will really miss her. Because Agatha and I have been friends for a long time. And I can say that she is a true and loyal friend. She is not like the others.
She suddenly hugged me. “I'm really going to miss you, Xy” she said sincerely.
I hesitantly tapped her back and sighed.
I hope I'm like you, Aga. I hope I can tell that to you too, without feeling any shame and embarassment. I hope I can also express how I really feel. Because it's very hard for me to do that now, because I've long forgotten who I really am. I locked it in a cage at the very bottom of my heart, and I could never get it out again. I forgot. It was as if I had locked myself in a dungeon, but I had lost the key so I could not open it. I can't find the key because all I see was full darkness. I'm...trapped.
“Oh, come on! Don't be dramatic, Agatha! It doesn't suits you. So get yourself up!” I pretend to drive her away, but the truth is that I want to hug her. I want to hug the friend that's been with me for a long time. I want to say I will miss her, but I can't. I just can't.
“Go ahead. Get in there, or you'll be late in your flight, you might blame us”
“All right. I feel like instead of being sad because I'm leaving, you're happy!” I smirked.
“Of course! I really am. I won't hear your talkative mouth anymore!” I teased her. She pouted again.
“Fine. I'll go ahead now. Ba-bye Xy, 'til we see each other again“ she said tearfully to me.
'This woman really is over-acting for most of the time”
“Don't be too dramatic. You're saying that like as if you're leaving our country, when you're just going to Wisconsin.” she just smiled at me.
“All right, goodbye! And oh, Dwyne! Take care of that friend of mine while I'm gone. 'If I in some way, know that you hurt her, I won't hesitate to come back here and give you a flying kick!” Agatha threatens Dwyne.
“You really are bestfriends, you're both amazons” he mumbled.
I glared at him while Aga just laughed and winked.
“Because we have a saying that 'Birds with the same feather flock together'. But, the problem is that we are not birds. It must be 'Humans with the same personality stays together'. Wait, huh? Argh! Sayings really confused me” Agatha said confusingly that made Dwyne laugh, and even I was a little amused by my friend's stupidness.
I don't know how I became friends with her. Birds with the same feather flock together? No way! I'm not as stupid and slow as this one.
“I really am going ahead! I might get late in my flight!” we just nodded.
'My heart thump as if saying something...'
Then she ran away but she stopped a little farther away from us
She turned to us and waved. We waved back as well.
'...and it tells...'
She smiled at us before she finally left.
'....Don't...go!'

Someone [UNKNOWN POV]
Now her friend's gone. I can begin to fulfill my mission.
Xyna Alegre, you didn't do anything wrong. You didn't hurt US. But, I need to do this. I love her.
I can’t afford to lose her in my life.
Call me desperate but, what can I do? I love her. I was blinded by love. I can't do anything about it. I can't escape it.
[How's what I'm asking you to do?] she asked in the other line.
“I'm going to start my plan. Since her friend's gone, it will be much easier for me to get close to her”
[That's good. Do it immediately]
“Yes, of course love. I'll do anything for you. Even if it means hurting her. I love you” after I said that, she turned off the call.
I sighed.
I mean what I say. I don't care who I have to hurt, just for her.
Nothing else matters. No one else matters.
Even if it's against my will.
