Prof. Jianna starts teaching and so the other proffesors too. Until it's only one subject up and we're up to lunchtime.
When Prof. Ofelia came out. I immediately approached Pat and punch her lightly on her shoulder.
“Aww! It hurts!” she moaned. Pat's really is an overacting person! Come on! It's only a punch with only a little use of strength. It won't hurt her.
“Hey, witch, why didn't you tell me that you're already came back home? If you told me, then I would've picked you up at the airport. You upset me, hmp! You didn't even say that you're going to study here” I pretended to be upset with her. Yes, I really was upset, but I overcome it. I'm just trying to express how upset I was earlier.
She suddenly pout. Aww, its cute. “I just want to surprise you. And I cpuld say that it was a success,” she said and giggled. I just shook my head at her.
“Ahh, by the way this is Vince Dione Bedingfield” I introduce Vince to her.
The candy-sweet smile of Pat slowly fading and turning into a wry smile. I knew it! She's up to something. They're up to something! There's something in them that I can't figure out. I fel this connection pf theirs, but I don't actually really understand what their connection thou. It's complicated to understand.
“A-Ah yes, I know him, we've met before in Canada” she tried not to stammer but she failed, she smiled at me. But she can't fool the hell out of me, I know it was a force smile. She's keeping something. I know her too well.

Looks like she's hesitating if she'll tell me something about it or not. But then, I won't force her to tell it to me. She can tell it if she want to.
I just nodded to show that I believed in her even if I actually don't.
She took my hand and we moved a little away from Vince.
“Wait, you're friends with him? But, isn't he a Bedingfield? Your families are hostiles, aren't they angry?” she whispered to me.
“They don't... actually know” I said with sadness and fear. Sadness because we need to keep the friendship between me and Vince. Fear in what if they'll find out? I'm pretty sure that they won't stand this, they will surely make an act to set us apart.
“Eh?! What if they find out? They'll definitely be mad at you and him!” she said with a worried expression on her face.
“They won't know if you won't tell them, well are you planning to?”
People don’t know that our families are rivals in everything. They thought we were in a good condition. My best friend Pat only knows about the issue between the two families—our family and his. I trust her too much, so I told her about it.
“Of course not. I'm your friend. I won't set you on fire. I will do my best to keep your secrets. But, remember Margaux, there's no secret that can't be revealed.” she reminded me reason for me to felt even more frightened.
“But hey, did you think I didn't notice you earlier? You're secretly staring at Vince! I assumed that you like him?” My eyes widened and my cheeks suddenly blushed.

“N-No! Of course not!” I defended. She smirked.
“Oh, really? Don't me, Margaux! Don't me. You're clear as glass” she teased causing me to blush even more.
Haist, Pat really knows me too much! I have nothing more to hide from her.
“A-All right, I have a c-crush on him. Just a little” I confessed.
“Oh, is that so? Is that really just a crush? But why does it looks like that it wasn't just a crush. More like to compare to love” she said with a mocking look. I bit my life and looked away. I can't look her in the eyes. She can actually see what I'm feeling.
But she's right tho, It's not only a crush. It's love. I know my feeling to much. I'm so much emotionally stable. So, I'm literally sure that it's already love.
But of course I won't say that. She'll just tease me!!!
“No-I mean Yes! It's just a crush. I'm pretty accurate!” she smirked and shook her head.
“Okay, if you say so” she said as if she don't believe me.
I just ignored her and approached Vince.
“Let's go! Let the three of us have lunch together today” I vigorously said to Vince. He nodded and smiled at me, then took the lead. He'd been so quiet earlier, why?
I just shook my head and we followed him.

Vince (Dwyne's part)
I'M feeling uneasy and awkward while we're heading towards the cafeteria. But I'm trying my best not to show it and cover it with a catatonic expression.
Why? If I ask you, won't you feelawkward if you just saw your ex-girlfriend after many years. Yes. You heard it right. Quaine's my ex-girlfriend, that was a long time ago, but the scars that she left in my heart, the disappointment, was still there, but I know I'm almost heal.
Why is that in do many women in the world why it needs to be Quaine that Mar's friend with, not just only a friend. But a BESTFRIEND. Destiny always likes to play.
How is it going to do now? Now that I starting love Mar? What would Quaine and Mar think, that I am...?
No! Mar doesn't think like that, she had a positive mind. And I know Quaine will not think like that too, I know her too well.
In fact, she was the one who broke up with me, she said she already in love with someone else. Someone that she love more than me. So, I don't have a choice but to let her go...Because that's what love's do, right? If you love someone you must learn how to let it go, when the time comes.
If you're asking who the guy is? I really don't know as well, she doesn't introduce me to him. But I'm fine now. I don't have a grudge on her or them, 'cause my heart already accepted that Quaine is no longer in love with me, that she already gave her heart again to someone, a long time ago. And here I am, almost healed. By the way, past is past.
I shook my head to erase the thought. I should not think about the past, right now. Not when I'm with Mar and Quaine.
When we got to the cafeteria, as usual it was making a lot of noise. The chatting, the bell from the counter, etc. And it got even louder when they saw us—or..me?
Until now, Mar and Quaine are still chatting—talking with each other. Maybe, they really missed each other.
We headed to the counter and ordered what we want to eat.
After we got our order we sat at the table capable for 4 person, of course one seat was free, because there were only the three of us.
We started eating.
“By the way, where's your boyfriend, Pat?” I heard Mar's questioned Quaine, which got my interest so I stopped eating for a while.
‘So, her boyfriend's studying in this university too, huh? Hmm, interesting!’
It's not like I'm still affected, I am not. I just want to know that guy. That guy who won Quaine's heart.
“I'm sure he's coming by now. Let's just wait for him a little while.” Quaine answered.
“Babe! I'm here-”
