I kept my phone under my dress hooked on the band of my heels .
I had to keep it there since i didn't want to carry it in my hand ..
We entered the car and it drove us to the big hall where the ball was held .
Xavier wrapped his hand around my waist and greeted some people
"Sir " a man came and Xavier nodded .
"I am pleased to see you here , and Miss Rose " he said but he didn't look at me .
Men here hardly looked at me as they knew how Xavier could be .
Only few people who were elder or women talked to me .
Xavier pulled me towards a group of men and women and they stopped talking .
"Mr.Knight " a man said .
I believe his name was Reed since he introduced himself last time at a party .

He extended his hand and i did as well but Xavier's hand went tight around me .
"You don't get to touch her ..move your hand " Xavier stated with a blank expression and Reed laughed .

Reed stepped near Xavier and whispered something to which Xavier nodded .
He gave me a gentle smile and i nodded before he walked away .
Xavier pecked my cheek and i saw someone else coming near us .
"Mr.Knight ." The man greeted .
Thats when we all heard a gun shot and Xavier instantly pulled me near him taking his gun out ..
There was another fire shot and i saw smoke .
The smoke filled the area and i tighten the hold on Xavier.
"Its ok ..i am right here " he said and kissed my forehead .
Thats when i felt hands go around and i scream.
Xavier tighten his grip but i was being dragged out of his hold .
He tried to get a grip on me and i yelled his name but because off the comostion i couldn't hold his hand anymore .
I heard gun shot but then a pain shot in my head making me black out .
I heard Xavier voice calling for me but i couldn't reply.

I groan as my eyes open and i found my self on a bed .
My head was pounding with pain and tears leeked from my eyes .
"Xavier " i called .
But the person who entered was not him .
"Hello Mr.Knights lady " he said .
"Who are you " i glared .
"Your kidnapper of course ..and ..i must say ..we thank your boyfriend a lot not to keep guards near him and you ..it was pretty easy taking you from him this time " he said

"Because he took everything from me , my wife left me because of it " he said looking at the gun in his hand ..

"Nothing ..i won't do anything untill your boyfriend gives me his company. ..i bet he already knows where you are since he is a mafia leader ..but try anything and you will only suffer more " he said smirking .
His eyes racked on my body and i cringed in disgust ..
He never moved but just stood there ..
I saw him type something on his phone and he holds it near me .
"Talk " he said and i scoffed.
He will track this number ..what an dumb man .
"And yes ..you think i am an idiot that on ..this number can't be tracked ..now talked as soon as he picks up ..you talk with your little voice so he knows you are with me "

I screamed and he gripped my hair and threw me on the ground .

I heard footsteps coming near
I see it and yelled and struggled but they held my legs and hands .
"No no NOOO " i yell but the needle pinched through my skin and i immediately feel my eyes go heavy .

I sniffed and reached for the hem of my dress and pulled it up to take my phone .
He has been slapping and kicking me since i woke up .
I want to go back to Xavier. .
I can't do this anymore ..
This was my only chance.
I unlocked my phone and tried to call hin but stopped .
