While Ren and Itsuki were enjoying their primitive pleasures, Yotsuba had just finished replying to messages from Ichika, Nino, and Miku, who were asking about Itsuki's condition.
Seeing that it was already 11:30 PM and her husband, Fuutarou, still hadn't returned home, Yotsuba couldn't help but feel worried.
So, she called her husband. Fuutarou's tired voice came through the speaker.
"Hello?" His voice sounded slightly hoarse, like someone who had been exercising all day.
"Fuutarou, are you still at the office?"
"Yeah, there's still work to finish. I probably won't be home until 3 AM. You should go to sleep first."
Yotsuba fell silent for a moment. It was the answer she had expected, but it still weighed heavily on her heart.
"Alright, don't push yourself too hard." She said softly.
The call ended, leaving silence in the room.
Yotsuba placed her phone on the bedside table and stared blankly at the ceiling. Right now, her sexual desire was at its peak, and she didn't know how to relieve it since her husband wasn't home.
She bit her lip, feeling restless. The large bed felt cold, as if reminding her that she was sleeping alone.
"Maybe sleeping will calm me down."
After that, Yotsuba pulled up her blanket and lay down on the large bed meant for two. However, the size of the bed felt overwhelmingly big with just her in it.
"Why haven't I gotten pregnant yet...?" She whispered softly, her voice barely audible in the quiet room.
She remembered how Itsuki affectionately called Ren her husband even though they weren't officially married. In contrast, she and Fuutarou, who had been married for two years, didn't even have a affectionate nickname for each other. Their relationship felt more like a couple who had just started dating rather than a married couple.
Yotsuba bit her lip. Maybe it was just her imagination, but lately, she felt a distance growing between them. Fuutarou was always busy with work, and when he finally came home, he was too tired to have long conversations.
Then, there was one thing that kept bothering her.
"Why haven't I gotten pregnant after two years of marriage...?"

When she opened the fridge, she took out a long eggplant and brought it to the bedroom.

In one of the rooms on the second floor, a girl sat at her desk, immersed in her work.

Her sharp, sapphire-blue eyes, full of calmness, hinted at extraordinary intelligence, paired with a cold expression that seemed to keep the world at a distance. Her long silver hair flowed softly, neatly tied into a half-ponytail, adding to her elegant aura.
She was Alisa Mikhailovna Kujou, or Alya, as her family and close ones called her. As the younger sister of Maria Mikhailovna Kujou, she was known as a graceful and talented figure, yet also cold in the eyes of many.
After spending several hours flipping through the pages of a thick textbook in front of her, Alya finally closed it with a soft sigh. Fatigue began to creep into her body, and she realized it was already late. Her hands gripped the edge of the toilet, while her body still trembled slightly from the lingering nausea.
Worried, Alya immediately approached her.
"Masha! Are you sick? Should I call an ambulance?" She asked anxiously, ready to turn and grab her phone.
Masha shook her head slowly, though her expression still looked exhausted. In a soft voice, she reassured her younger sister.
"I'm fine, Alya-chan. It's just... a little discomfort. No need to worry."
Alya wasn't entirely convinced. Her eyes scrutinized her sister's face but found no clear signs of illness. Still, she crouched beside Masha and gently patted her back, trying to provide comfort.
"Drink some water first."
She took a glass from the sink and handed it to Masha. Her sister accepted it with a faint smile and sipped the water slowly.
After a while, Masha seemed a little better. Alya helped guide her out of the bathroom and escorted her back to her room.
"Are you sure you don't need to see a doctor?" Alya asked once more as they arrived at Masha's room.
"I'm sure. It's just fatigue. Don't worry, Alya-chan. It's already late, you should get some sleep." Masha answered softly.
There was no way she could say the reason she was vomiting was because she was in the early stages of pregnancy, right?
What kind of expression would Alya make? Masha kind of wanted to see it but dismissed the thought.
Although not entirely convinced, Alya didn't want to press further. She knew her sister wasn't the type to make others worry unnecessarily.
"Alright... if anything happens, call me, okay?"
With that, Alya bid her sister goodnight and left the room. However, her mind was still filled with questions.
