Outer Court Washrooms…
As the sun rose in the sky, the atmosphere began heating up. The heat was making people suffocate even under the shaded laundry area.
On the side, mountain-like heaps of soiled clothes waited to be cleaned. Lambu almost fell back in shock after seeing the enormous pile before him.

Fatty Lambu didn't understand what Mo Han was doing with the sword in hand, as they were expected to clean the clothes, not train.

But just as he prepared to clean, fire appeared in Mo Han's right hand and slowly spread along the cursed sword.
Lambu almost fell back in surprise.
"What in the heavens? Did he succeed already?" Lambu muttered while staring at Mo Han with a dumbfounded look.
But before Fatty could say anything more, Mo Han directly placed the sword inside the large tub of water. As Mo Han channeled the Aura inside his body, the fire continued to burn along the sword under the water, causing it to steam up in no time.
"Brother Han, what are you doing?" Lambu asked with a questioning look.
"I'm heating the water to a certain degree. The hot and steamy water will help remove the stains from the clothes easily. We can save a lot of work just by dipping those clothes in the hot water without needing to beat them with wooden sticks," Mo Han explained as he continued heating the water.
"Oh… is that so? I've never heard about it. It's really a good idea—we can finish this mountain of clothes in a few hours," Lambu said excitedly.
"It's just a small trick. Come on… drag those clothes into small heaps and place them in the water tub," Mo Han instructed as he finished heating one tub and moved on to the next.
"But Brother, I heard that there are yantras to clean clothes and do housework in bigger cities. We just place a few Aura stones… and those yantras will finish the task for us. Isn't that so simple?" Fatty Lambu said excitedly as he began pulling clothes from the big heap.

Just as Mo Han bent down to clean the clothes, he heard a sudden cry from behind.

From her robes, Mo Han and Lambu recognized that the lady before them was an inner court disciple.
It was actually Jia Kai. She moved with elegance and approached Mo Han while staring at him with a serious look.
"Who are you, Senior? Did you come here to throw more clothes?" Lambu asked impatiently as he continued to work with a depressed face.
Jia Kai completely ignored Lambu's presence and fixed her gaze on Mo Han.
"What do you want?" Mo Han asked after enduring her stare long enough, trying to understand her motive.
"My name is Jia Kai. I am a disciple of the inner court, and I rank third among the inner court disciples in strength," she introduced herself, not once moving her eyes away from Mo Han.
"I asked, what do you want?" Mo Han repeated with a serious face, completely disregarding her position as an inner court disciple.
"I've come to take both of you as my servants," she replied with a smug look, expecting to see excitement in Mo Han's eyes.
But the reaction came from Lambu faster than lightning.
"Oh goodness, gracias Senior Sister… servant Lambu greets you with honour. This servant will work hard to take care of you," Lambu said in a dramatic tone, happiness dancing on his face.
But as usual, the lady ignored the fatty and waited for Mo Han's reply. He was still observing her like an enemy.
"Why are you not saying anything? You can escape this work and will receive great benefits after becoming my servant. Don't you want this?" Jia Kai asked with a questioning look.
Lambu blinked in shock—he didn't understand why Mo Han wasn't grabbing the opportunity with both hands.
As both of them watched, Mo Han finally opened his mouth.
"Why…? Why are you doing this? You know I had a fight with Ron Lee of the inner court, and he challenged me that no one would dare to take me as a servant for the inner court. So, you are going against Ron Lee by accepting me as a servant.
So tell me, why are you taking me? Is it another plan of Ron Lee to mock us? Who sent you?"
Mo Han, who had experienced several ploys on modern Earth, was not so easy to deceive. That's why he questioned her directly, without getting his hopes up.
Jia Kai stared back at Mo Han with a serious look after hearing his question.
Lambu also understood what Mo Han meant. He finally realized that the lady before them might have been sent by Ron Lee to mock them in the first place.
