Dante.
Nathan brought the car to a halt at Fhynix, another one of Zon's many nightclubs. His biggest club was still Pandemonium and he was always there most of the time.
I climbed down from the car and I shut the door. According to the Intel Nathan got, the woman who drugged he and Viktor was called Roseline and she was going to be meeting Marc, a drug dealer who helped the Mystic Fangs to distribute V, a stimulant created with Vampire blood.
When humans use it, they are more alert and energetic, but the proportion of the Vampire blood was low to avoid injuries getting healed and raising suspicion.
I walked into the club with Nathan and I glanced around. The club was crowded with people and the air reeked of alcohol.
"She's going to be meeting Marc in the VIP section," Nathan said and I followed him there. He had already prepared our passes and as he showed them to the bouncers, they let us in.
We walked to an empty and sat down, cautiously taking a look around and trying not to draw too much attention to ourselves.
"That's Marc sitting over there," Nathan whispered to me and I waited for a while after he talked before looking left and spotting Marc.
He was playing a card game with some people there, but there was no woman there.
She probably hasn't arrived already yet.
If she was yet to arrive yet, then we might have arrived a little bit too early. Sitting hear and doing nothing for so long will do the exact opposite of what we are trying to avoid. Drawing attention.
"Let's join the game," Nathan said as if he had already read my mind. Well, I didn't exactly have joining the game in mind, but I wanted us to do something.
"We'd have to wait for the next round, but sure, let's not be idle."

I sat down and watched as they all played the game. I had already lost all of my bet, but Nathan was still playing in the game and he seemed to be doing pretty well.
Marc was still playing and the man standing behind him and massaging his shoulder was the one pointing at the cards he should place down.
We had already spent 45 minutes here and I was already getting tired of waiting.
I grabbed the glass of wine on the table before me and took a sip out of it.
Just as I walked down the entire content, I saw someone walk towards Marc and whisper something to his ears.
"You can keep playing for me," Marc said and he handed his cards to the man behind him as he stood up..
I and Nathan shared glances as I realised he was probably being called for the business deal. What better way to do something like this than to blend up with the crowd outside?
Has Marc walked out of the VIP section, Nathan tended his cards as he lost and his bet was pushed to the center of the table..
The two of us to drop at the same time and we followed Marc out of the VIP section.
I looked around but I couldn't see Marc anywhere.
"Check the bar, I'll check this area," I said and walked away.
I wiggled my way around the crowd searching for Marc who I had just seen leaving the VIP section.
Where could that bastard have gone? I needed Roseline was definitely already here since he left as soon as he was informed plus the secretiveness.
Close to the entrance of the club, I bumped into somebody and I looked up to see a not so familiar face. It was the lady I hooked up with at Pandemonium the last time I went there.
Did she always go to different clubs?
"Hi," she said with a seductive smile, but I didn't have the time to engage her so I replied, "Hello," and quickly walked past her.
I felt my phone was in my pocket and I stopped walking, reaching into my pocket and pulling out my phone.
It was a text from Nathan.
Nathan; found them
Nathan: they are behind the bar right now.
Dante; Alright, I'm on my way now.
Nathan: No, hold on.
Dante; ???
Nathan: they are in a meeting right now and there are a lot of Marc's guards here..
Nathan; Don't let us get Marc involved.
Dante; Alright, text me as soon as they are done, so we can catch Roseline when she's leaving.
I turned off the phone and dropped it in my pocket, signing loudly.
I walked back into the crowd slowly maneuvering my way till I got to the bar and I sat down on a stool.
"What can I give you sir?" The bar man asked.
I already had a class of alcohol in the VIP section and I wanted to keep a clear head..
"A can of coke," I replied, not wanting to sit down here and other nothing. The bar man seemed a bit surprised, but he nodded and he got me the can of coke as I requested..
"Here you go," he said and he dropped it on the counter before me..
I pulled out my phone from my pocket again and began to scroll through the app page. I looked up as I saw the lady I met earlier walk towards the bar and sit on the stool next to me.
"Don't tell me that you ordered just coke," she said and I glanced at the can of coke on the counter.
"Hmn." I nodded.
"Oh, not a man like you," she said and I sighed on the inside. That I had sex with her one time doesn't mean that she can behave as if she's close with me.
"I already had some alcohol, now if you don't mind, I'm trying to keep a straight head here," I replied as cold as I could so she would get the message.
