Crystal Lemiere
"Thankyou for coming back to my daughter, Lucas." My mom said as she pinched my dad all the time to make him calm. I secretly laugh seeing this.. it's crazy to see that mom can control dad like this.
"I will always come back for your daughter, Mrs. Lemiere."
"Just call me Chloe."
"No way that you can call my wi-" My mom pinched my dad again making him shut up.
"Okay then, Chloe. So can I call you Nicholas?" Lucas asked my dad and my dad glared at him.
"Of course, you can." My mom said.
"No! No! You can't call me that!" My dad hissed and I giggled.
"Okay, Mr. Lemiere." Lucas smiled.
"I won't be at home for a really long time.. I'm staying at Lucas' place." I said and when my dad was going to protest, my mom put her hand on his mouth preventing him from talking.
"It's okay darling.."
"NO!" My dad pushed away my mom's hand and looked at me coldly. I looked at my mom asking for help and she gestured to me to go. I pulled Lucas away and my dad just kept calling my name. My brothers can't do anything because their wives control them too. I'm glad that I have my girls on my back.
"Let's just go back to your place.. I want to spend time with you." I said and he nodded.
"Let's go."
"Oh! Drop me at my house for a moment.. I need to pack a lot of clothes now before my dad comes home." That made him laugh, we both went out to the lobby and the valet chauffeur brought his car to the lobby.
We got into the car and he drove out from the building. I looked out the window and couldn't help but smile until my cheekbones hurt.
"I can see you smiling from the reflection." I flatten my face right away and he laughed.
"It was painful." He suddenly said and that made me turn to him.
"Painful?" I asked and he nodded.
"3 years without you. I started my life from zero and I didn't have any plan to see again because I thought you hate me for leaving you. I told Deandre about everything and he helped me realize that I need to come back to you."
"Well.. I guess I owed Andre." I said and he chuckled nodding.
"I decided to work my ass off so I can come back to you not empty-handed. I love photography and I worked hard to make a company to gather all the great photographers in America." I smiled hearing him saying that.
"You know.. I don't care if you come with me without it. I will always.. uhmm like you.. no.. ugh.." I was completely frustrated to say the word. I'm quite shy about it.
"Love is not a hard word, Crystal." I looked at him glaring and he laughed.
"God damn it! I miss you so much.." He said and I looked to the front smiling like an idiot. When I arrived at my house, I ran out from his car to my room. I quickly packed my clothes and ran out back to his car. I laughed my ass off..
"I'm acting like I'm running away to marry you." I laughed and I turned to him. He just looked at me smiling.
"What? It's not funny?" I asked. He slipped his hand to the side of my hand and pulled me close. He kissed me. I wrapped my arms around his neck and deepen the kiss.
"I like that idea.. wanna runaway and get married?" Our nose touched and he smirked.
"Wanna do that?" I said and we both laughed.
"Let's go to my place.. I'll cook you dinner." He said and he kissed my cheek.
"I'm so starving." He drove away from my house and drove back to his apartment. We talked a lot of things on our way there. He parked his car when we arrived there. We got into the lift and went up to his apartment.
He typed the passcode of his apartment and we walked in. I looked at the pictures again and couldn't help but smile. I can't believe that he's been watching me all this time.
"I have a present for you." He said and I raised my eyebrows. He gestured to me to wait. He took out something from the drawer under his TV. He walked to me and gave it to me.
I looked at it and then I looked at him. I covered my mouth with my hand and looked at it.
"You were there?"
"Everytime.. you're there. I was there too.." I looked at him in disbelief.
"In the first month after I left you, I missed you a lot. I started to track you down and found you.. going to Raja Ampat. I bought a plane ticket and went there right away. I watched you from afar.. I missed you a lot at that time and it kinda tortured me. I started to find out that you go there every month so I decided to go there every month." He said and I hugged him.. crying again.
"Hey.. why are you crying?" He hugged me tightly and patted my back.
"I love you, Crystal." My breath got hitch when he said that.
"I love you so much. I'm sorry for making you wait for a really long time. I won't leave you again from now on." He added and he kissed the top of my head. I kept hugging him tightly.
"I'm starving.." I smacked his back and when he was going to release the hug.. I hugged him tighter.
"Crystal."
"I loajdbcuwodnjed too." I mumbled weirdly because I buried my head to his chest.
"What? I can't hear it."
"I lobdkasojwkdjwksi you."
"I what you?" He asked and I smacked his back.
"Crystal.. I can't hear you. You're talking to my chest." He said and I pushed him away.
"I'm starving." I said and walked towards the kitchen. I jumped and sat on the kitchen's table. He chuckled and opened the fridge.
"Do you like chicken steak?" He asked.
"I love you." I said in a really small tone and he turned to me.
"I asked you if you like chicken steak and you answered me with I love you? So you love chicken steak?" He asked and I glared at him. I kicked his ass and he groaned.
"If you make fun of me one more time.. I will go back to my house and ignore you for days." I hissed and he slipped his arms on my waist. He pulled me towards him and he kissed my lips.
"I love you too, Crystal Lemiere. I'm a damn lucky guy to have you."
"You are." I smirked and I kissed his cheek.
"Be my girlfriend?" He asked and I smiled.
"Damn yes!"
