Van & Cleopatra.

Cleopatra POV
I took a deep breath then walked closer to Van who was looking at nothingness. I presented the ice cream I bought in front of him, he looked at it and then accepted. I sat down next to him then started eating my ice cream.
"That will melt." I said while looking at my ice cream. I feel like he's not moving his ice cream. I felt that he started eating that so I continued to eat mine.
"What are you up to?" I asked while eating my Ice cream. He took a deep breath. Maybe he still can't recover from what he heard from Aphrodite. Where are they? Returned home. I said goodbye to Leana that they would go first because I still have something to go.
"Did I think there was a place where everyone could vent their resentment?" He asked. I looked at him. he was able to look in front of him. His aura is sad.
"I don't think you're offended." I said so he looked at me. "It's just sadness that you have." I added.
"What am I going to do Cleopatra?" He asked reluctantly. "I know she doesn't really like me but why does she have to make me look like she doesn't need me?" He asked sadly. I didn’t answer because I had nothing to say.
"I don't want to give up right away because it's not my job to just give up." He added.
Why is he so stupid about this thing? But when it comes to guns and explosives, does his brain work? Can I just make Aphrodite a gun and an explosive so that his brain works?"Hey, are you listening?" I turned to look at him. He turned to look at me.
"Aphrodite bought something earlier, she said she would give it to the man she wanted." I said. I ignored his question.
"Really?" He asked.
"Come on." I said and stood up.
"Where are we going?" He asked.
I did not answer him. I just kept walking until we reached the parking lot. I got in his car, I snatched the key from him and I got in the drivers seat.
"You're scary, you know that?" He asked.
"Yeah." That's all I said and pulled his car over.
"Don't be silly, Cleopatra, merciful Neptune, for we are criminals who are escaping at the speed of your running." He complained. I didn't listen to him. I accelerated even more. I heard him swear.
A few minutes later we reached the place where he could vent his resentment. It will be night and the sun will go down. Safe for him.
"Where is my soul?" He asked anxiously as he clung tightly to the door and seatbelt. I looked at him.
"It's out." I said and got out of his car.
I leaned against his car and crossed my arms.
"Where are we?" He asked when he got out of the car. He went next to me and looked at the place.
"Go to the center." I commanded. He looked at me.
"Why?" He asked. I just looked at him badly. He followed what I said. He went to the center.
"What now?" He asked.
"cry." I said. He frowned. Later he laughed and sat down in the middle.
I just watched him. He was sitting on the grass with both hands covering his face.
Later I saw how he wiped away his tears then stood up and turned his back on me. He picked up a rock and threw it and shouted loudly. I could feel the pain with every throw and scream he made.
I closed my eyes and disabled my hearing so that I could not hear what he was upset about. I hate at all I hear the voices of creatures grieving.
Blank, dark. That’s all I see and I feel. I don’t want to see or hear Van crying. Feeling sad and losing something just because of my friend.
I regained consciousness and my hearing returned when someone suddenly hugged me. Suddenly my heartbeat quickened when I saw Van hugging me while crying. I was stunned. I don’t know what I react to. I just hugged him back and stroked his back.
It took us a few hours for the babysitter to let me go home because it was late at night. he hasn't eaten yet and I know he's fainting from crying.
I was the one who drove while he fell asleep on the flight. I woke him up when we were in their house.
I got out of his car and was about to walk away when he called me.
"Cleopatra."
I turned to him. I can see the bulge in his eyes.
He smiled at me. "Thank you." I looked at him for a long time then nodded and turned around when I heard someone call him.
"Your watch is new." I was stunned to hear what Van said. I caught a glimpse of his behavior and saw Von talking to him.
"Ah yes, Aphrodite gave it to me earlier, to greet me." I was even more stunned by what he said.
I looked at the watch in Von's hand. Suddenly i remember my conversation with Aphrodite earlier.
"What is that for?" I asked. While looking at the watch held by Aphrodite.
“For the man I want to. "he replied.
I’m back to reality. Van looked at my behavior as if he knew what I was thinking.
