Fang Raon lunged at Machary, grazed his waist, and drew blood. It could’ve done more damage, but Machary moved at the last second.
Machary backhanded Fang Raon across the face. Whack. It sounded like a gunshot.
It shook Fang Raon’s brain inside his skull and momentarily stunned him. He even forgot where he was for a moment.
"Great Chop!"
Machary yelled as he followed up with a sword chop and cut the air in front of him.
It was coming straight for Fang Raon’s head!

At that moment, Fang Raon lunged with a tackle, went under Machary’s sword, brought him down to the ground, and smashed his face with the shield.

Machary drove his sword through Fang Raon’s stomach, and it exited from the back with a sickening squelch.
