Fatimah’s POV
Amir literally dragged me out of the class causing everyone we passed to look at us suspiciously. He took me to the carpentry workshop and I followed without any question even though I didn’t like what was happening. Not even one bit of it.
We reach there and he slammed the door behind us. I asked what that was all about and he apologized.
“Fatima, do u remember the day you met me crying and said I should look for someone to confide in?”
“Yeah so what happened? Have you found that someone?”
“Yeah, and she’s standing right in front of me. That someone is you.” Amir replied smiling like he had won a lottery.
“Ok am angry, I’m very angry. So you literally dragged me like your sallah ram from my class all the way here just to tell me this?” I asked flaring with rage.
“No, that’s not all. I want to ask you to do me a favor and pretend to be my…” He was cut off by the sound of something dropping. We all went to check and I couldn’t believe my eyes. Halli was following me. Listening to our conversation. I never stalked her or try to know things she never told me about so why was she doing that?
I noticed the surprise on Amir’s face but I ignored it. I just told him that we’d talk later and walked out of the workshop.
