"sup with your eyes?" Prince Kaid asked looking at Fiana who had her eyes woeful. The bright lighten gaze turned into despondent as she felt bad for the trapped ones.
"What do, do you mean?"
"Your eyes are flooding tears to my eyes." Prince Kaid’s voice cracked slightly as he spoke with his eyes a bit tearing. His cheeks were a bit red.
"Ohh sorry!" The princess fastly turned her head away, and her pure sweet voice echoed in Kaid’s head. She continued by muttering to her self, "{so that guy lost? I thought of checking him out after the event but now, (sighed) how can I even start a conversation with him?}" her eyes were hanging in the middle of nowhere, lost in thoughts. While the Prince muttering to himself too.
"{What was I even saying, human emotions, that’s cute. Seems like I’ve got true love for my little sister.}"
"we got 3 keys lost in traps and 5 successful got out." the announcer loudly and happily said. The stage rumbled, the cheers turned into noise. Everyone was happy to proceed to the next event.
As the princess heard about the keys that got out, her eyes snapped wide open, her mouth forming a perfect ’o’ of shock, as she gasped in astonishment. Her voice barely got through her lips, her words splattered and the Prince’s ears couldn’t catch it.
"Th,th, tho, those g,g,gu, guys got ah, ah, out!" the princess’s word’s stuttered, her words spouting out in a rush. Fastly breathing as if she was chased by a lion.
"Huh? {What did she just say? Wait, her facial expression changed , and... sup? Is she, is she sweating?} Hey hey hey, calm down, calm down Fiana. Take a deep breath, breathe in, hold, then out. Good, now tell me."
"The announcer said they were 5 keys that were used to go out..."
"Yeah, why not, 5 not 8 , only 4 los.... wait a second, 5?"

Akirion and his team were lying down, heavily breathing, listening to all the cheers the crowd was making.
" E, e , e , it’s th....(She took a deep breath again.) It’s them them!"
"Those guys, just forget it, you don’t know them."
The princess’s facial expression transformed. Her face glowed with a smile, her eyes filled up with tears. While the Prince was confused, his gaze on the thrilled Fiana whose face bloomed with a merry smile and also flowing with tears.
"Wait, why are you crying?" the astonished Prince asked with his left eyebrow up.
"Wait what? I’m not crying!" the princess denied, shaking her head.
"Your eyelashes are dripping wet!"
"Huh? Oh you mean these, they are just tears of joy."

Akirion and his team stood up, all eyes on the crowd and they left to take a break.
"We will go for a break, then continued after a break!" the announcers voice boomed all around the school premises.
All of the winners went to their classrooms also, they sat in their groups. Some groups were few, with 3/6 members and some were many with 6/6.
In class A’s classroom, there was a guy who was standing alone, lost in thoughts....
Akirion’s hand was holding his chin, his eyes glaring at the unknown, while lost in thoughts. He was busy thinking about the event.
"{8 keys huh? They cheated the game, I’m sure of it. Nobody was announced,’trapped’ with a key, so they only made it hard, so that they will be a shortage of keys then cause conflict. That’s totally dumb...}"
Elina caught a glimpse of Akirion’s lost eyes and she was moved by the way Akirion looked. Her heart pounded like a drum, only the sounds were mute. She thought of approaching Akirion but her heart increased the speed, sending shivers down her spine.
"{Really? Am I really afraid of Akirion? But no, I’m not, I should cheer him up for the next event. What should I do, think Elina, think, think...}" her silent words were super loud in her head, making her hold her mouth. She continued saying, "I can do this". Everyone’s eyes were glued on Elina, making her regret her mistake of speaking out loud instead of going.
She searched for bravery in every corner of her body and suddenly, the professor popped up while she was about to take a step forward.
"{Ohh god, grrrrr, why is he here at a time ?}" she was filled with rage inside of her body. Her brows furrowed into a deep crease, her eyebrows drawn together in a fierce scowl. Her teeth were gritted and she clenched her fist, surprising her little sister because her aura was darkly blazing around her, making the magic users afraid of her.
Erlin thought of calming down her sister who had her gaze filled with rage.
"Hey sister". Erlin said, her hand touching Elina’s shoulders. Elina got surprised when she felt Erlin’s sweet touch.
"Huh?" she surprisedly reacted, turned her furious face towards Erlin. Erlin’s heart fastly pounded for a second.
She found her bravery by saying, " what’s wrong sister? You look angry, what’s wrong?"
"Nothing Erlin, I’m good, totally". Elina flashed her smile, hiding her livid face making Erlin believe that.
"Ohh, the professor is here." Erlin loudly said, and everyone looked at him, and Akirion woke up from his day dream.
"{Yeah yeah yeah, the professor is here, who cares.}" Elina silently said, while her anger was still burning in her eyes.
"Ohh, hey guys, good job there, that was totally impressive." the professor said, with a glowing smiley face. He continued chatting with all of the kids.
After sometime, Elina’s rage instantly melted as she had a new idea.
"{Ohh, there’s that word that I wanted to ask those two.}" she silently said, looking at the professor who was chatting with Akirion. She bravely approached the two, her mind racing, trying to think of the word.
"{What was the word again? Arc, arhh... arhh.... Arca... yes around that , maybe arcala.}" she muttered under her breath , and wrongly found the word she was brainstorming.
"Ohh hey Elina!" the professor happily greeted Elina. And she was happy to reply.
They started by talking about the event until she found a correct spot in the conversation to ask about the word that was troubling her.
"I have a question for the two of you."
"What is it ". Akirion asked.
"Okay, what’s the meaning of ar.. arcala?"
"Wait, what? Arcala?" Akirion surprisedly asked, with his eyes narrowed, trying to get the right word.
The professor started laughing.
"Why are you laughing professor?" Elina asked, with a question mark in her head, also astonished by the professor’s reaction. Suddenly, Akirion exploded with a giggle making Elina a fool.
"Hahaha, you are so funny, I can’t stop laughing." the professor said.
They both said the same words, "it’s called arcana not arcala."
"Yes, something like that!" Elina felt totally embarrassed.
The professor started by asking questions because he wanted to keep it a secret but Elina proved to have heard the two of them talking the same word.(Akirion and the professor).
"Seems like you’ve got some good ears. Let me briefly explain. It’s arcana and it’s the same as energy. If you use a lot of magic powers , then we always say that you ran out of energy. Then it’s real name, from the ancient books, they called it, ’arcana’. It’s the fuel of magic powers. If you run out of it then you won’t be able to use magic powers and you won’t be able to move a finger too, because it’s the same as energy." the professor explained the word arcana.
"Okay, now I get it." Elina proved to have understood the word arcana.
"Surprisingly, I never thought that Akirion would have known about it."
"I.. I am a bit of a researcher Sir, that’s all."
The time flew by with the audience screaming for the next event. The break took longer for the audience but as for the participants, they wished for more time.
The announcer announced about the next event and the crowd erupted with cheers, looking forward for a good time.
