"Jax,Jax, you're late for F/M class"I said hurriedly as he walked fast to my direction frowning
"Woah,what?"I asked as he grabbed one of my hands and dragfully walked me to my empty class,jamming the door hard
"Jax,what's your problem?"I asked surprisedly looking up at his angry face
"Why didn't you tell me it was my dad who did this to you,why didn't you tell me,why'd you lie to me!"he yelled ontop of his voice,I was scared,who told him the truth
"Jax please reduce your voice"I pleaded
"I should reduce my voice?what if it's led to something bad,why couldn't you just tell me the truth,it wouldn't take pin from you Phoebe"he was really pissed at me,tears formed in my eyes
"Why are you yelling so high at me"I asked in my best low voice
"Am yelling cause I love you"he said,now it was as if thunder strucked in my ears and wanted him to repeat what he said
"Do you know how difficult it is to believe my dad did this to you?and you didn't let me know,it hurts"he said
No,no,no,it wasn't proper,why would I date had,why should I date him,he doesn't even know am asthmatic,what was he even gonna do,if he finds out.if I accept,am hurting both myself and him,no,I don't want that,am not ready to share my problems with Jax,he has his problems too and I guess he's not ready to if he finds out.
Then why did he lie to me,why did he like he doesn't like me,why did he pretend not to care when he cares a lot,the tears rushed down so fast,I was gonna do it,I was gonna hurt his feelings but it's for the best.
"I love you Phoebe,I really do,I know you might be finding it hard to believe,but I do,I really do,I know I lied to you I didn't like you,cause then I found it hard to approach you,now I'm here Phoebe, I'm telling you how I feel about you,I know then,I might have behaved dramatically almost everyday am with you, that's because I love you"he was staring at me,the best option was to lie
"Jax,Jax I have a boyfriend"I couldn't even believe what I said,his expression changed,now I sensed anger, disappointed and heart break.i saw tears dropped from his eyes
"Jax I'm sorry"I apologized while I cried,I couldn't longer feel his presence,then I knew he left and never was gonna talk to me anymore
"Phoebe"it was Zayn's voice,I turned to him
"Zayn"I was still in tears
"I heard everything,don't cry"he said as he hugged me and pet me
"I didn't mean to hurt him,I had to lie"I cried bitteredly
"I know you lied about having a boyfriend,Jax loves you,he really does,I know you wouldn't understand how he feels for you now,but you will later"he consoled me
"I wouldn't let him know you lied,I promise,if that's what you want"he patted my back

"Seems there's something wrong with Phoebe"Kay said as we drove home,I wasn't happy
"What's the problem?"he asked
"Jax confessed his feelings to me"I said
"I knew it!I always knew that guy liked you,it was obvious"Kay said loudly

"Yes"he replied
"Zayn never knew he liked me too,I thought he was just being free with me"I said
"So,what then?"he asked
"I lied I had a boyfriend"I said
"You okay??"he asked annoyingly
"Neh,ion think so"I said
"Do you like him?"he asked
"I don't know,I'm not sure,I just know I hurt him real bad"I said
"You hurt yourself too,yunno"he said
"Kay I didn't want him to get involved with my condition,I don't wanna hurt him later,I wanna be much of burden and pressure to him"I said
"What I'd he finds out,what am I gonna do,what is gonna be his reaction"I added
"What If he finds out and still loves you more"Kay said
"I don't know, then what if Zayn finds out,cause there's no way Jax wouldn't know and zayn wouldn't know as well,Zayn is gonna be mad,same thing as Jax"I said
"You've known Zayn for many years now,he stood by you during difficulties, I don't think he'd really react when he finds out you're asthmatic"Kay said
