After firing half a magazine of bullets, the brains and innards of the two front-positioned Gamma Type Hunters were obliterated, immediately falling silent.
Only the Gamma Type Hunter positioned at the back managed to stagger a step forward but then vomited a large mouthful of putrid blood mixed with fragments of its innards.
It was evident that this Hunter was barely hanging on; after spewing out a large mouthful of blood, its condition rapidly declined, falling into a pit. As it tried to take a second step, its thick lower limbs lost balance, and it toppled onto the corpses of the other two Gamma Type Hunters with a thud.
Although the bodies of the front two Hunters absorbed some of the bullets, the remaining rounds were still enough to successfully kill it.
The Gamma Type Hunter lying on its comrades’ bodies spilled a large amount of bloody foam from its mouth before following its comrades into stillness.

Though the death process seemed lengthy, in a normal person’s eyes, the death of the three Gamma Type Hunters was almost instantaneous, with the last one dying a mere second after the first two.
To an ordinary person, it would appear that the last Gamma Type Hunter almost died from ’being emotionally touched to the point of vomiting blood’ right after devouring the ’love bullets’ Zhang Yanhang fed it.
The primary reason Zhang Yanhang could observe more details was Perception, but other minor reasons also played a part, such as his high Agility attribute and the additional Neural Reflex Speed from his Seeking Fortune and Avoiding Evil Skill, aiding in observing the enemy’s actions.
