Ethan stood up amidst a variety of gazes ranging from envy and jealousy to admiration and pride. He looked particularly striking in his ceremonial uniform as he walked calmly towards the stage where his position as a Tyrant would be officialized.
"Now the Tyrant-to-be will kneel in front of the me and all available Tyrants will come to stand behind him as representatives and seniors of him." Miss Carmen said when Ethan reached the stage. Ethan did as he was told and knelt in front of the podium. Almost instantly, a number of students in similar clothing to Ethan's got up and moved to stand behind him. They were 14, consisting of five females and nine males all in black military coats with a white lining on the right and gold line yard, a pair of black trousers with gold linings on the sides, a pair of shiny black Derby shoes, and a black cape with gold and blue designs and a light blue inner. The females had skirts on with the same designs as the trousers making them standout. The only difference between theirs and Ethan's were the special crests on their breast pockets which was designed based on their affinities. There were also numbers under the crests which signified their ranks as Tyrants.
Miss Carmen nodded slightly and proceeded with the initiation ceremony. She took out a pale black shield shaped crest with a design of blue energy holding boulders on it.
"I hear by call upon all Tyrants gathered here to bear witness to the initiation of Ethan Smith Junior into the Order of Tyrants. Do you accept him into your tyrannical bosom as a member?"
"I, Fang Ren, the Tyrant of Time and the first ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A guy with short undercut gray hair spoke. He stood tall at 6.3 feet tall with green pupilless eyes. Instead there seemed to be gears in their place. He wore a monocle on his left eye and appeared very slim but anyone who knew him, knew how powerful he was. His crest was pale black with a greenish grey gear with an hour hand, minute hand and second hand designed on it and the number 1 under it. He had dark skin and elf ears.
"I, Kelvin Daniels, the Tyrant of Healing and the second ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A guy with black afro hair, black eyes and brown skin spoke. He was a head taller than Fang Ren and slightly muscular. His eyes were solemn like a sage like he'd seen the end of the world. His crest had the same background as all the rest with bluish gold cross designed on it with the number 2 under it.
"I, Lu Qi, the Tyrant of Lightning and the third ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A guy with white long hair tied in ponytailed braid and purple feline eyes spoke. He was equally tall, standing at 6.2 feet tall with white and black tiger ears. He was a feline, one of the eight high races. His crest had a purple lightning bolt designed on it with the number 3 under it.
"I, Ria Rendall, the Tyrant of Water and the fourth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A young lady with long aqua blue and ocean blue eyes spoke in a light tone. There was a blue tiara-like design covering her forehead. She was fairy. Her crest was designed with a blue ocean on it with the number 4 under it.
"I, Cassandra Cása, the Tyrant of Arsenals and Formations and the fifth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A young lady with short blonde hair and grey dull eyes spoke in a cold voice. She had short red horns and wore an earring in her left ear. She was a dwarf. Her crest was designed as different colored runes surrounding a slim human figure with the number 5 under it.
"I, Dorcas Richards, the Tyrant of Ice and the sixth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A young elf lady with long blue hair and blue eyes with white pupils spoke with a hint of arrogance. Her crest was designed in a white snowflake with blue icicles surrounding it with the number 6 under it.
"I, Lamair Griswold, the Tyrant of Puppeteering and the seventh ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." Lamair, one of Ethan's buddies in his striking uniform spoke with a hint of happiness and admiration. His crest was designed as puppeteer's strings stuck to a puppet with the number 7 under it.
"I, Dora Dinne, the Tyrant of Darkness and the eighth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A young lady with long black hair and hollow black eyes spoke in a dull tone. Her skin was pale and her expression and faced screamed of a gothic girl. She wore a black choker with a red pearl embedded on it. She was a vampire. Her crest was designed as a starless night, plain but beautiful with the number 8 under it.
"I, Pierre Cása, the Tyrant of Metals and the ninth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A guy with short blonde hair, dark silver eyes and standing tall at 6.3 feet spoke. He had red horns and was the male photocopy of Cassandra, her twin, also a dwarf. Just like his sister, he also wore an earring but in his right ear. His crest was a design of a silvery black cube with inscriptions on them and the number 9 under it.
"I, Leon Richards, the Tyrant of Ice and the tenth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." Leon spoke in an irritated tone which everyone ignored. They knew he had a feud with Ethan but Ethan had won the prize fair and square. Even though some of the Tyrants didn't want to admit that Ethan was eligible for his position, they had no option but to accept the fact and the honest truth and Leon was forced to do just that. His crest was designed as a cluster of snowflakes in a blue background with the number 10 under it.
"I, Gary Whitestone, the Tyrant of Space and the eleventh ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A chubby guy who looked like a 15 year old kid spoke in his little voice. He had brown hair and dark brown eyes which glowed dimly around the pupil with a silver light. He had tan skin and was a werewolf and very dangerous one at that. His crest was designed in the form of a dark blue blackhole with the number 11 under it.
"I, Max Noir, the Tyrant of Summons and the twelfth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." Another with a mixture of black and blue hair spoke. His eyes were black but glowed silver around the pupil just like Gary's. His skin was rather pale and he stood tall at 6.3 feet with lean build. He was a werewolf. His crest was designed as a dark grey portal with a beast's head sticking out and the number 12 under it.
"I, Emmanuel Delta, the Tyrant of Earth and the thirteenth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A tall, muscular build guy with fair skin spoke in a booming voice which resounded almost throughout the whole place. He had green hair and pale green eyes plus he wore circular spectacles which was a contrast to his massive build. He stood tall at 6.5 feet, the tallest among the Tyrants. His crest was shaped as a massive mountain with the number 13 boldly written under it.
"I, Pywernia Verna, the Tyrant of Blood and the fourteenth ranked Tyrant accepts junior brother Ethan." A young lady with blonde hair tied in pigtails spoke in an excited tone. She was of a petite build, a loli to be precise with dark blue eyes. Her crest was designed as a red drop of blood with the number 14 under it.
And with that, the integral part of Ethan's initiation was done whether they liked it or not. Besides, who was mad enough to question the decision of the principal especially when the person involved was someone she biasedly favored.
"As all the Tyrants have accepted Ethan into their Tyrannical bosom, I hereby announce and pronounce Ethan Smith Junior as the new Tyrant of Telekinesis and the fifteenth ranked Tyrant!"
Miss Carmen as she gracefully attached the crest with the number 15 under it on Ethan uniform.
