A Visit To Jayden. (Suspicions).
Alex's POV.
Looking outside through the window was one thing but thinking about Abby my lover was another soul elevating , depression killer kind of feeling.
I couldn't help but smile to myself at every little second of the day as thoughts about her came into my mind.
"Are you okay Sir. Alex?" King asked as he came closer to me.
He must have probably noticed the smile and joy I felt standing alone.
"And why do you ask such a question? You barely do such!" I turned to look at him with a smile still on my face and my hands crossed at my back.
It was a warm and beautiful atmosphere inside my room that no one could resist the feeling he or she would have staying on my bed.
I went two steps closer to where he was standing and forgot totally about what I was seeing outside the window.
"Tell me king… what do you think?" I giggled as I asked again seeing how he had kept mute suddenly.
"You keep smiling to yourself as you look through the window Sir Alex, Is there anything outside the window that I'm not seeing?" He finally opened up with a question directed to me.
"I knew you were watching me King…" I Chuckled going over to my bed and sitting on it.
I leaned backwards a bit with my arms serving as a wedge behind me and my legs dangling in unison as I had this sweet feeling from within.
"Now you are acting like a kid!" He mentioned looking at me with a weird stare.
"Can I ask you something Assistant King? Have you ever been in love?" I laughed quietly or inwardly as I communicated to him with chuckling.
"Well that doesn't mean you should rub it in my face now that you are with Abby…." He rolled his eyes and scoffed as he took his stare off me.
I bet my question to him must have swept him off his feet. He has never had the chance to hang out with a lady since he started working for me.
It was always from one company to another and I felt pity on him.
"Why don't we do something fun, King?" I suggested, trying to take his mind off my question and trying to change the weird and awkward environment.
"Like think About Abby? Or go find her son?" He whispered to my hearing and unfortunately, I had picked one as the fun thing to do.
"That's right King, it wasn't in my mind but I guess you know what to do in order to please a lady…." I stood to my feet in excitement of what we were about to do.
King was still confused as he stared at me. He wasn't sure what I was talking about or referring to so I had to make it known to him.
"Let's go take care of Abby's Son, Jayden!" I revealed and without hesitation, I went over to my wardrobe, took out my white t-shirt and a khaki to go with it.
I got dressed in a minute because I was going to do something more important than sitting at home all day or going to the company to work.
"Let's head out!" I smiled as I ordered and dashed out of the house or rather sneaked out of the house.
If my mom was to find us leaving in such a way, she would surely send spies to monitor us and it would lead her to finding Abby which was risky.
Soon we got outside and seeing how sneaky I was while we exited the house made Assistant King laugh at me mockingly.
"And what is funny?" I cleared my throat as I turned to the authoritative boss before King.
"Sorry Sir. Alex but you needed to see your face back then!" He placed his hand on his mouth as he laughed at me so hard.
I was going to laugh too but that would mean me insulting my personality.
I frowned on the outside as I ignored him and climbed into the car. He was just being silly with his boss.
He joined me in the car seeing that I wasn't reciprocating his laughter and the moment he turned to ask where we were heading to, I responded without thinking twice.
"Jayden's school!"
He started the engines of the car and zoomed out of the environment as we headed for Jayden's school just as planned.
We got there and as the man with authority, I asked King to go get Jayden out.
"They won't let me in because it's still school hours sir and…." He was going to announce the moment he returned when I lost patience.
I walked out of the car and with a bold look on my face and an authoritative deep voice, I ordered everyone out of my way.
I was the billionaire himself, the most dreaded in town, although I was soft so it was definitely impossible to disobey me.
"Let me see the owner of the school this minute!!" I urged with a deep voice dipping my hands into my khaki.
"The.. the owner of .." the security guard stuttered as he tried finding his words.
He was still trying to explain his reasons for sending my assistant back to the car when finally, the owner of the school showed up.
"Hello Billionaire Alex!" She greeted me with a smile as she gave a signal to open the gates for me.
He immediately did it and without delay, I walked into the school building with assistant King following me from behind.
We got into her office and trust me, it was a beautiful sight. She had all the equipment needed to own a school.
"Please have a seat.." she offered but I wasn't in such a mood.
"I would rather stand and watch you hear me out than sit down and listen to you tell stories!" I blurted out without any trace of humour on my face.
"What do I owe this special visit to my school , Alex?" She questioned seeing how staid I was as I spoke to her.
"I want a child and his name is Jayden.. I bet you know him!" I divulged , with a halved smile on my face.
"Jayden?? Okay… you mean Jayden Alex? The son of Miss. Abby Wilson right?" She immediately stood to her feet figuring out the kid I was in school to pick up after pronouncing his full name.
She Walked past me and for a second, I thought about his name.
"Wasn't that Alex I heard her call? She called him Alex right?" I tilted my head to the right as I gave it a quick thought.
"Why would his name be Alex when She got married to someone else who impregnated her?" I kept my thoughts roaming around before I got pulled out immediately by King.
He placed his hand on my shoulder and shook my body before speaking to me ."It's time to leave her office!" He revealed.
He was going to leave the office when I suddenly got a tight grip of his hand and dragged him back to myself.
"Don't you find it weird that Abby's Son is bearing my name? I mean, why would she call him Alex If he was another man's son?" I uncovered with a perplexed and curious gaze at King.
"Does that mean she still hasn't told you anything?" King inquired as what I said Must have clicked right into his head.
"We need Jayden to make our guess either right or wrong…." I whispered, staring at Jayden's class direction.
