I want to move but my body was feeling a sharp pain as if some bull dodger have crushed me. The intense light coming from one side make me to stir and I open my eyes to be blinded by the light. "How dare you to open the curtain? Close it now and leave." A deep hoarse and manly voice said but it was familiar.
The rub my eyes and slowly open it and find the room dark. I find myself on a king size bed and the room was huge as the person was coming towards me. "Good morning, beautiful. Hope you had a nice sleep." The voice said when he sat at the edge. "Who are you to say me beautiful? Where am I?" I said pulling the comforter to my chest.
"Oh! Beautiful I am hurt. You don't remember me." He said slowly coming towards me and it's none other than Xeres. I smile looking at him and hug him tightly. It's been a while we have met and the last time was at the hospital. How come I am here? Anord, where is he? We were going out for date and how come I end up here? I eye Xeres questionably and he just gave me a small smile. It's seem he is not in a good mood and something is making him worried but what?
"How come I end up here?" I asked after giving him some time to explain. "Why? Aren't you happy to be with me? You seem to be quite suspicious." Xeres told me getting up from the bed. "Suspicious?" I said removing the comforter. Then there was a knock on the door. A girl wearing maid dress came with the food and placed in the side table.
With a slight bow and a small smile, she left the room. "Beautiful, the food has arrived so let's eat food first and then talk. Till you finish I will come in a while." He move towards the door and turn around to say "If you need anything, you can call the maid. They are at your service. Fill your stomach." With that he left the room. I slowly get up and went to the bathroom. I just wash my face and brush my teeth with the new brush I found in the cabinet and wipe my face.
I don't look good and my hair was messy but I don't feel like taking a shower. I make the bun of my hair and notice that I was wearing the same dress as yesterday. I wore a peachy blouse and ripped jeans. Yeah, it's not what one should wear for the date but I don't consider as one as he was the one who had decided. Well, thinking of him where is he now? How ..? My stomach growl and I went back to room.
I don't know why but the room make me feel sick. It feel like I am in a disgusting place and I shouldn't be here. No, the place wasn't dirty but it was luxurious and gorgeous but my feelings were opposite. Anyways, I devoured whole food and I placed the plate down. After drinking water and resting for a while I decided to go outside.
I open the huge wooden door and look around to find a long corridor. I feel like I was in a palace but not as a princess but as a captive. I don't see anyone around so I move where my feet lead me. I reached the stair case and descended down to find a man carrying some boxes. "Excuse me. Can you tell me where I can Xeres?" I said in a polite tone. "Yes. His Majesty is in the hall. I will escort you there." He said putting the boxes down. He led me to the hall and bow to take leave. It was strange to see them doing such respectful thing and it's not ordinary.
When I move forward and reached the center of the hall, I find Xeres talking with two men. From his gestures it seems like he is giving command to them. Sensing my presence he made them leave and look at me intensely. "Have you kidnapped me Xeres?" I said looking pissed. "Kidnapped? What makes you think that?" He sound shocked. "I was at the Anord yesterday and now I am here. Isn't something is off?" I said looking in his eyes for the suspicion. "It's not kidnapping. I want you to be safe and your dad is worried for you." He said looking irritated. "I am safe. Have seen some damage in me? Dad has already given up." I said.
"Ukrine, you are unaware about the world you are getting. It's not your place to be. He is the not the right person to be with. He will made you suffer. Think about the person you love. Swezla, Linda, your dad all are afraid for you. Yo.." He said with a worried tone.
"Stop Xeres you have had enough. I know what is good? You are no one to tell me to do the things." I yell at him. I don't know but I lost my control. I am irritated hearing same thing again and again. It's high time I stop them. "I was to go back. Call Anord and ask him to take me. I feel suffocated staying here." I became more furious and breath heavily. "Ok clam down Ukrine. I will let you go but I will come for you. Wait till then." He gesture me to follow and my eye caught something a beautiful portrait of a gorgeous woman like me. Now, have I lost my all my senses or anger has made me insane.
Dismissing the thoughts I follow him without looking around and a black Mercedes came to halt. Xeres made me to sit first and then he join me. From the corner of my eyes I could see pissed Xeres but I don't give him a damn. After few minutes of riding the car came to the halt and Xeres step out. I too step out and see him looking at the front. There I saw Anord and Tate. Tate gave me a smile but Anord was emotional. Was he not happy to see me? "Beautiful, we will meet soon. Wait for me." Xeres said but my focus was on Anord and Tate came forward to escort me. I sat on the car and thought cross me about the portrait of the woman similar to me and Xeres word "Will meet soon." What is all the mess? Who the hell are you Xeres?
