Octavia is pacing round the room while Xerxes leaned on the wall, they were discussing the matter of the demon wolves and what Sativa had said about Arcadia.
"I think we would just kill Mace, he is causing too much trouble for my daughter." His suggestion makes her freeze to give him a hard look,

"Are you saying she is lying?" She asks caustically but he does not answer her, "Xerxes answer me." He still says nothing, he was looking out of the window and ignoring her gaze, "darling..." She knew she struck a nerve there but before she could touch him he was already out of the door.
She kicks the chair in frustration, she hated it when he was angry with her, she needed to apologise but he would give her a hard time. She better start doing that now. She jogs out of the room to find her husband.

"They took him out of the blue, to prison, and she came out with his blood smeared over her." He was trying not to cry, "I would prefer to die but I cannot lose him." He sniffs,
"Calm down Loki, nothing would happen to him. Arcadia gave the queen her word, and she is not so heartless and weak to kill a defenseless man." Her prayer was that her sister had not committed a crime.
He nods and goes back to Washing her, but his heart and mind is far away from her. She senses it and turns to him, her body still submerged in the large bath tub that was filled with roses and all sorts of oils,
"Did you bring that other towel?" He nods at her question as he moved wet strands of her hair away from her face, "take off your clothes." His brows cock,
