"Hey... A-Are you alright ?" Mia asked from a distance, a scared expression visible on her face.
"Oh yeah. I thought you were scared and went back home." Leon replied with a neutral expression as he looked at her.
"No, I was watching you the whole time while hiding behind that house. You aren’t hearing any voices in your head are you ?" Mia asked with a worried expression as she walked upto him.
"Unfortunately no. I guess, I won’t be dying anytime soon." Leon replied with a smile.
"Hey don’t say that... I don’t want you to die before you take me out of this stupid village." Mia replied with a smile as she sat right next to him.
"Hey, I think... The cursed creatures that you fear so much were once good creatures and then something turned them into these monsters.
Although it’s just a theory... But, what do you think ?" Leon asked with a curious expression as he looked at Mia.

I don’t know what happened to him. The fairies never brought his head back, so I still think that they made it out of the forest but everyone thinks I am even more crazy for thinking that.

Leon slowly placed his hand over her shoulder and Mia placed her head over his shoulder.

"I am sorry for her childish behaviour." A familiar sound came from the other side.
Leon immediately looked up and noticed that the chief was sitting on the other side of the campfire.
’When did he get here ? I didn’t hear any noise. I didn’t feel his presence. He is like a ghost.’ Leon thought with a serious expression as he immediately used his skill on him.

He was wearing magical rings in every finger and his staff was also made out of an unknown shining material.
"Mr. Leon ? Are you alright ?" Orion asked with a suspicious expression as he stood up from his place and started walking towards him.
"Oh... I am good. I-I just heard the chants of those cursed creatures and they are just disturbing me now." Leon replied with a neutral expression as he looked at Orion.
"Wait... You heard their chants ? Oh my god, do you need any help ? I can help you with it. I have a herb that can-"
"I can deal with it. Don’t you worry." Leon replied with a neutral expression as he acted completely normal.
"Ah... I see. I don’t want you running out of this village before impregnating the women. Haha..." Orion spoke as he laughed a little.
