We got into the house and everyone changed into coloured clothes, a black cloth would be cool and okay on a normal day but then black cloths on a funeral wasn't pleasing.

We got to the ice cream parlour and Chase asked us for what we would like to eat but since Nick kept on pointing his short little fingers at everything we decided to go for a sundae.
We bought some for Leni hoping that it won't melt before we get home.
"Why don't we go to the park and take one of those roller coaster ride?" Chase suggested knowing full well that I am terrified of those demons but still he drove towards the place, we couldn't go on one of those dangerous rides because Nick was underaged so we let him sit on a plastic horse and he seemed to be enjoying himself.
Chase got bored of the horse moving forward and back ward so he decided that we tried other fun things which was actually cool too.
It was getting late and the ice cream with us had melted so we bought another one for Leni then we entered the car.

"For my papa and mama to not cry anymore" he said and my heart broke, tears started to build up in my eyes but hell my baby just wished I would stop crying and here I was about to cry again.
I immediately hugged him so he wouldn't see the tears falling down my cheeks and when I knew i wasn't going to cry anymore I let him go.
Leni cut the cake into big pieces since we were just four in the house and the cake was meant for twenty people.
I watched how Nick ate and stuffed his face with the cake, he looked really adorable.
I took some bite out of the cake and headed to my room after I remembered that my phone was dead and I needed to charge it.
Chase came in shortly after and locked the door behind, I gave him a knowing smile and shook my head.
"Not today" I said even though I knew I wanted it to happen right now and it seemed like he read my mind and knew exactly what I wanted.
